Let Brice Do It Concrete & Pavers

He is a scammer! He will take the deposit and run! My best friend hired him to put bricks around his house as a walkway! The deposit was $4,000 up front! He never did the job at all! About a year later he hired someone else! It cost $12,000 by the real professionals! He did take him to court and he never showed up! Do your research before giving your hard earned money away! Run from this man! He is a scammer!

He’s a liar and a thief, stole my money and never showed to do the work - he owes me $2000 - stay away from him. Not trust worthy.

After about 3 months, some of the bricks where my car drives over sunk. It has four strips of brick in different parts of the driveway and the rest is concrete. Called him many, many times and he will not answer his phone. Also left messages. I noticed after a year that there is now a long crack in my driveway. Called again to no avail. I do not recommend Let Brice Do It.

Brice and George are very nice guys. However we spent over $20,000 on a project and they won't come back and fix the wall they designed. We have been asking since December, 2017 to come and fix. I have asked them three different times. They will not come back and fix the crumbling wall they designed on our back porch. Now I have to hire another contractor to fix the wall they designed.

Work was done within a few days. Everything came out great and everything was cleaned up perfectly.

Brice is great. He did a fantastic job and included draining the water away from the house. His work is done to perfection. I was told by another concrete installer that I couldn't have concrete in the area that I needed it due to the uneven ground. Brice did it no problem. Don't ever hesitate to have Brice do it. You will not go wrong.

Brice was great to work with.  Very responsive.  After he stopped by to quote out the work he then came by to show us all of the paver color options we had to choose from.  We originally had a scheduled install date at the end of April but Brice had an opening sooner while he was waiting on material for another job so he fit our project in.  It took him and his father two days to complete the work.  They were very professional and made quick work of something that would've taken me a week or more.  He also installed a gutter that ran through the pavers so the house water run off would be carried away from the house.

It looked better than expected.  We are so happy with the final product and would definitely use Brice again in the future.

It is exactly as I requested. He is very busy, so 2 weeks turned into a much longer wait.
 He kept in touch and when he did come, he started when he said he would and finished when he said he would.

Brice did a fantastic job.  He took out an old sidewalk and replaced it with pavers he helped us pick out  Everything went as he said it would and pricing was competitive with other quotes we received.

Brice did a fantastic job!!  This is the second time we've used him.  First time was to fix another contracts bad work.  His work was so good we were inspired to expand our original plan.  Brice worked closely with us on the design to ensure it blended well with the existing pavers. He was well versed in what type and color of pavers we already had on the ground (we had three different types).  He and his team were very professional and tidy in their work.  We've had dozens of people stop and make comments on how much the additional work improved the curb appeal of our home.  We plan to use him again!

Brice came out to the house to look at my yard and get a general idea of what I wanted. In a few days he gave me a plan for my patio . He brought out several samples of the pavers and several designs that I could use. I wound up with a patio that I love.  I also added the sealer and the special concrete which I feel adds to the rich color of the paver and the special concrete  will keep them weed free for years to come.
Brice and his dad work together and they couldn't be more professional and sincerely concerned about giving the customer the best
results.

Brice initially provided a written estimate for removing and replacing my concrete driveway which had cracked and sunk. He arrived with his crew at exactly the time he specified, demolished the old driveway and hauled it away. He prepared the site, leveled it and placed the forms for the pouring. He ordered the concrete and was here before the truck arrived. He and his crew spread the concrete, leveled it and did a finishing on the surface. They cleaned up afterwards. It was a professional job and it looks great!!

Brice is an excellent contractor, he came and listened to our ideas, drafted a plan, provided a great detailed proposal. His pricing was very fair and the work was outstanding. I'd use Brice again in a heartbeat. This is exactly what you want in a contractor, personal attention, smaller company, and care for the customer. Call him.....

Before deciding to go with this company we were going to get three estimates for the job.  Brice was the only one to show up as scheduled and deliver to us a written estimate.  We had very specific ideas how we wanted the final results to look.  Brice helped us through the paver color, texture and pattern layout choices which ensured we got the look we wanted.  We changed our mind on the pattern of the walk after most of the pavers were down.  Without hesitation, Brice changed the layout and kept the estimate the same.  The job took a couple of days longer than expected but the results were amazing. We have a beautiful driveway and the envy of the neighbors.

Brice did a great job! He had to pull out old landscaping, re-route irrigation, grade the area and install pavers. He worked hard and the end result is beautiful,,

The work is beautiful and spot on. Every concern, change, or request was addressed and handled in the utmost professional manner. The work that he did on the paver driveway is amazing. And the solution that he and dad came up with for my drainage issue has been working perfectly. I recommend this guy.

Brice and company did a great job.  He was on time for our estimate meeting and on time to start and finish the job.  He worked with me to get the job within my budget without compromising the quality of work.  (I had to make my dreams a bit smaller).   I would use this company for my next concrete job.

I had dug out the designated area.  They filled in and packed the bed.  We were out of town for the week that they put in the forms and poured the concrete.  But when we returned everything was done to the exact specification I had given them.  I would use the guys again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to friends and neighbors.  Both Brice and his dad were very personable, knowledgeable and friendly.  They explained everything they were going to do before they did it which gave me piece of mind.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Brice and his team were absolutely fantastic. I would not believe any of the poor reviews becasue there had to be more to the story then what the customers claimed. I recently had 2 large trees removed that had destroyed my driveway. I had serveral quotes and I was most impressed with the cost and professionalism of Brice. He was very easy to get a hold of, he showed up on time, and he was able to give me a quote the next day. At the time, he had about a 2 week start period, but sInce my job was on the smaller side, he said he would try to fit me in earlier. I accepted his offer on a saturday, he was able to come a remove the old concrete that Tuesday, he framed it on wednesday, and then he poured new concrete on thursday. Now, my job would normally only take him 2 days (1 day for clearing and framing and the other for pouring), but I chose to have him start earlier and fit me in when he could, so that is the only reason it took 3 days. The driveway looks amazing and they were a pleasure to work with. What also sets him apart is that he makes sure there aren't any roots in the area where he is pouring new concrete, and he removes them without any extra charge. His team is very detail oriented, and they want to make sure they do a great quality job that won't just look good when they are done, but will last a long time. I will definately be using them for my future projects.

We highly recommend them. I've used them for several times for the last 10 years. I just recommended them to somebody across the street just a few weeks ago. He's doing work for me right now. He's doing some paver work around my pool. I recommended them four times. I recommend them because of the quality of work and the quality of materials. They used a high a quality of sand. They're top-notch people.

I think I stated it above. Again beautiful job when completed. He does great work and we are very happy with the results.
