Southern Majestic Homes came out and removed my fiberglass pools. John and Josh were great. Very professional and friendly. They completed the job in two days. Back yard looks great.

Had my mobile home demo'ed and he did it on my timeline. Can't ask more of a contractor who says what he will do, when he will do it, when he will finish. Did what he said he would do, did it when he said he would, finished when he said he would finish. 5 star service all the way around. I would highly recommend this company!!

I would not recommend this company. My home was burned late last year. I hired this company to demolish it. I also hired them to get the grass under control and do clearing, which was a separate charge. The demoltion went well and with a few ruts left, but looks pretty good. They mowed and I thought they were getting the garbage to the dump. October the first, on a Friday, I went down to the property about 4:30 PM. The workers were gone. On the back of the property between my neighbors -- right up to the fence was a large pile about 40 feet by 25 feet of piles of dirt, old wood, dried grass, all kinds of trash. There is a pergola on that part of the land that is piled up with the same. Trash was scattered all over in piles =small and not so small -- clumps of dirt. There is dried grass all over the dirt. Most of the trash that was moved to the fence was either from the front or center of the property. There was a tall bush on the property by the sidewalk that I asked to be cut down because it was too high according to the County. All of that cutback is back by the fence . There are mostly things from the center of the property that were not taken to the dump -- there are rocks, stones, and pieces of concrete; there is part of a bedspring. There are large pieces of old wood that have nails on them. There is garbage everywhere on that part of the property, mostly under or partially on top of big clumps of dirt. I thought they would be back on Monday to finish up. Monday came. I went down there to the property around 9 AM. No one was there. I called and talked to Kayla and asked when would they be back to finish the job. She informed me that they were through. We had some discussion about that, me and Kayla, her saying what did I call debris. She said she would come out to look at it and get back to me. I offered to pay extra for it, but Kayla never got back to me. Now looking at the mess I am in with this I would not offer that to them now. I looked up the permits and both were closed on the 4th. I have a neurological disability that I have to use a walker to control poor balance and falling. I cannot maneuver my walker without running into obstacles such as small roots, clumps of dirt, ruts mostly in the middle of the property, somewhere the home was. About a year and a half ago, I could have corrected some of this myself. Now my disease has gotten worse. Kayla knew I had trouble walking. I recognized much of the problem I am left with is where they pushed the piles -- behind the travel trailer there. I view it as dangerous for fire because of the dried grass and old wood. There are many small oak trees, some very tall, I dread if they caught on fire. If they had pushed it in the middle of the property == not by a fence, much of it could be burned when we have rain. The people who live next door are renting. If someone is smoking, I fear the piles could catch on fire if a cigarette butt is thrown down. Right now, I have problems just going into the driveway with my walker, I have obstacles every step of the way. I do not dare take a chance on trying to do pick up for fear of losing my balance. I lost my only son in the fire. He was my helpmeet. The property that has been really messed up was the most level part of the property before all the pile-up there. Now it is unmowable because of all the debris dumped there. There is little levelness left there. In the past, I have mowed the whole of the property there, many times, so I know sans the clearing of that part of the property -- it cannot be mowed now.

BUYER BEWARE...I had a pool removed by them. Overall the quality of the work I am happy with. Wish I had better back fill soil that they gave me but oh well.. The problem I had with them was the pricing issue. I was quoted $7500 and then charged and extra $3500 due to **unforeseen events** with the concrete being thicker than they thought. They never told me this was a possibility or had a **the unforeseen clause** speaking of such things written into the contract or they could have measure the thickness of cement with a device (yes they do exist) to give me a more proper quote. They had to bring in a bigger machine in order to break up the cement. By the time they told me about the additional charge I had a hole in my backyard. They did give me the option for a half pull which was talked about before everything started as well as after they realized the extra thickness but we were very straight forward about having the whole pool removed from the beginning. Now for the owner not to even budge on the extra price seeing how this was an unforeseen event is ridiculous. This is my first time and last time removing a pool and he knows that I am sure and for him not to even negotiate shows poor character. so definitely BUYER BEWARE..and make sure you have a unforeseen clause written into the contract or have them give you a proper quote with proper tools not just eyeball it. Either way for a professional company they know better and took advantage of a situation. Only reason I said I will recommend them is cause the work was done great by his employees. Big thanks to those guys(sorry forgot your names). But for something that could have been explained better and wasnt and the inability not to negotiate by the owner I give them 2 stars overall.

That even though it took a while to start project due to covid and rain circumstances they were extremely professional and kept me notified throughout the process. With big projects like these you have to realize they are not easy nor timely and have to be extremely patient. Kayla was amazing and showed concern and compassion throughout entire process as well. One man removed my entire home in the matter of 4 days tops god bless and thank you for the stress is relieved from our family after a major loss!!

They did a specular job and a gentleman named John was great and I could not be happier with the work they did. I highly recommend the business and all their employees.

I had an inground pool demolition. Very pleased with work and especially that they left the area clean. Kayla the office manager is super sweet. They were very accommodating when I requested they cut the pool pump out and also dispose of it. I would recommend and I would hire them again.

Southern Majestic Homes did a good job demolishing our in-ground poolâ ¦once they got started. However, after the demo, the problems began. They didnâ t do a very good job cleaning up the debris. We keep finding large pieces of concrete and piping in our yard where the pool had been. They had removed part of the fencing to get their equipment into the yard. When they put the piece of fencing back they did a terrible job and had to come back and redo it because it wasnâ t secure enough. I also had to remind them to replace a small piece of fencing that they removed to drain the pool. In addition, they left the street in front of our home in such bad condition that our Homeowners Association (HOA) president came to our home and told us that Southern Majestic Homes had left the street dirty and they had blocked the rain runoff drain in the street in front of our home. We called the company and they sent someone to clean the street and the drain. They also left two pieces of heavy equipment on the common grounds of our subdivision. The HOA also complained about that to me. I had to call the company to get the machines removed. It took two days to get them out of there. Just today, the HOA president told us that there were two pieces of pool debris left where the two machines had been sitting on the common grounds. I had to pick them up and dispose of them myself. We are still waiting to get a copy of the permit for the demo. A Seminole County official told me they couldnâ t issue a copy of the permit to me because Southern Majestic Homes hadnâ t given them a â Notice and Record of Commencementâ . I called Southern Majestic Homes. The office manager said they had sent Seminole County the Notice and Record of Commencement. Now Iâ m stuck in the middle. Southern Majestic Homes needs to call or go to Seminole County and straighten out the situation because I have no permit to show the (HOA) regarding the demo. And, the yard hasnâ t been inspected by the county since the matter has not been resolved. I am not satisfied with the way the office has handled all of these matters. Lots of promises were made, but it was like pulling teeth to get things done, and some of them are still not done. Therefore, it is very difficult to recommend this company to anyone looking to have their pool demolished.

They did an outstanding job on my two houses I had them demolish. John and Cheyenne worked hard and finished the house within a week. I would definitely refer this company to everyone!

I had an in ground pool completely demolished, removed and filled with fresh dirt. John and Cheyanne worked very efficiently and got the job done exactly as promised. I was totally amazed to see their progress in such a short time. My back yard looks much better than I could have ever imagined. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Stan and Billy did a amazing job removing my old in ground pool and back filling it. Their cleanliness of the job site before and after work was exceptional. Very courteous and professional company I would definitely Recommend to anyone needing any work done also very reasonably priced.

We purchased a house in Tampa that had some sheds falling down in the backyard. We knew there was concrete foundations under two of them. Turned out the whole back yard was covered in a mess of concrete! Called Southern Majestic Homes. Stan was able to take a look and give us a quote the next day. The first day he went to work we were in awe watching him destroy and remove the eye sore! His skill with the Bobcat was amazing! The concrete was layer upon layer. 12 inches thick in most areas. This is a half acre lot. He was done on the 2nd day. Graded the property, removed stumps. Nothing we wanted to keep was damaged, everything we wanted gone was gone. I highly recommend Stan. We are gardeners and Stan made it possible for us to enjoy our yard.

Communication was great, even in the middle of the Pandemic. The contractors that performed the work were great, and they did a fantastic job. Once permitting went through, and the contractors got to the site, complete demo was done within 2 days, to the point that it didn't look like anything was ever there. Southern Majestic Homes did my demolition work and was absolutely A+ perfect! Choose them. Price was the best, follow-up & communication was excellent, they quickly pulled a permit through our county, and the entire project was completed in 1 week even though we had lots of rain. It was fascinating to see how they demolished and removed a giant screen enclosure, huge deep pool, tiered spa and cool deck around the pool. The owner Stan and 1 diligent hard-working person named Juan worked long hours in heat & humidity and we wondered how they could they do that without backs aching for daysâ ¦ They sloped the hard-packed dirt just as we wanted and left the place clean on Friday as promised. Weâ re delighted to have our yard back to nature instead of a pool in much need of repair and maintenance that no one has used for years. Our homeowner insurance will lessen, county property tax will be reduced and we save the money on salt water pool service monthly. Great decision & great work on the part of Southern Majestic Homes â theyâ re the BEST!
