Fantastic! Called for a retreat on weed control. I have a new technician named Eric. This young man is fantastic! Called me when he was 5 min. out. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very professional. A customer oriented man offered suggestions to all my questions and went above and beyond my needs. He even tried to cross sell me to get my neighbors to start a service. Where do you find young employees like that? I have been a Lolal Pro Staff customer for many years. It is because of men like Eric that I stay with this company. As the saying goes it may take a CEO to run a company, but it takes employees, like Eric, to make a company. I highly recommend Pro Staff to anyone needing lawn and pest control. A positive is that the staff are very courteous & personable, but not all field staff are experienced enough to stay on top of their game. Had to remind him (on two occasions) of the scope of his responsibilities.

From start to finish, this company has been phenomenal!!! They office staff is very friendly & helpful on the phone. They had someone out to treat my home the very next day! It’s been almost a week since the treatment and the ants and silverfish are almost gone. My technician was on time and very professional and said if I need them to come back out to retreat that it would be no extra cost to me. I am very glad I contacted this company.

I wrote a review of Pro-Staff Pest and termite control on Edgewater Drive due to tech not explaining himself and their procedures. Now that the owner Bob Welch came to my home to make it right and he did. He offered my entire cost back to me, or he would pay the 150.00 this year for my warranty work and he climbed under my manufactured home to do the inspection himself. After my contact with the owner of this business I decide to go with the latter and keep them as my pest control company. Bob Welch was a very honest down to earth guy who's trying to keep his company an honest company with integrity which I believe now to be true. I am also going to have them do my inside pest control now as well. Bob Welch made it right and we will continue to use Pro-Staff pest control here at this home and after I sell, he will be my pest control company from here on out. He is a very fair and honest guy.

My yard needed a new drainfield. The septic company dug up all my irrigation and destroyed all the wiring and pipes. Frank from ProStaff came out to assess the problem; no charge. Then he came out twice to dig up damaged wiring and reattach to new piping. It was a huge 3 day job. He was awesome and I would hire ProStaff again in a heartbeat!

did not go well, had to have them repeat service. For the price o the service, too high. Utilized another company. The other company was cheaper and got the job done.

I used them once, they were good but a little bit pricey. For service I'd give them an "A". The service ability and responsiveness is what I like. They communicate well.

They came and blocked the two entrances with a black material and used a biochemical solution to overcome the phemerones the squirrel used to prevent other squirrels from trying to press into the roof flashing

Excellent very pleased with their work, professionalism and efficient work.

Extremely well - the two-man team that provided the service was professional, efficient, and thorough. They also treated my mother, an older lady, with kindness when she came out to see how the work was progressing. We have three dogs, five cats, and a cockatiel in the household and they all came through the day in good health. The animals remained in the house, although sequestered away from any active work.

They are excellent. We haven't had any problems with them at all. I just think it is really good service that we have gotten. We would use them again.

They check to see if you have any particular concerns and they address them if you do because sometimes we had some mud wasp nest. They take care of removing them also. He also reports back us if he finds something or other like another kind of hornet nest and he remove that so he let you know that he has done that and he is paying attention. I would use them again.

He always comes through the door and he asks if we have any particular issues that we are concerned about and he make sure he cleans like all the spider webs and stuff that might be there. He does a very good job.
We have used them since 2008. They are excellent. We would use them again.

I think they have quality products and pet friendly products they use because we have a dog. We don't want to accidentally poisoning your pet, you are getting very stupid bugs. They are reliable. They come when they said they are going to be here, which is really nice. I would absolutely use them again.

He always of course makes an appointment to come. He is always very careful. The person that comes here is very knowledgeable, friendly and make sure he does everything he is supposed to do. You don't feel like you have to watch him every second. We don't watch him most of the time. We just let him wander and do his thing. It is still the same fellow who has been coming and we have been using them for a while and has been the same man that has come every time so that is nice too and you immediately recognize when he comes to the door type of thing. We would absolutely use them again.

He is very nice person. They have always been very nice. They seem to be very thorough. We are quite pleased with them. They have always been here when they said they would be here and they have done what they said they would. We have been very happy. We would use them again.
