We work with a wide range of floors, showers and countertops which includes any tile, travertine, marble, granite, quartz, natural stone and more! Since we are an owner-operated, local, small business our work ethic is second to none! Our customers come first and we insure they're completely satisfied.

"When I entered into an agreement with Total Grout LLC for services rendered it was in good faith and trusting him. I now find that we were grossly overcharged for shoddy work. When we spoke Zack told me it would take two days and this was confirmed when he were working on the patio and that he would drive back home then return the next day. This job on my Mexican tile was rushed and not allowing the tile to dry properly prior to applying the sealer. This is why I am seeing the “Efflorescence”. I took pictures and sent them to a company who specializes in this type of tile and they stated “he has no idea what he is doing”. Also he told me that using a high gloss product would cause slipping and this is not so as a little sand can always be added if needed. Also, the tile could have been sanded with two different grades and restored and after paying over $7 per square foot I would have expected more. I recommend to potential customers to research other companies first. After I sent the first email no reply which proves his “lack of customer focus” and character. I also sent a second with no reply."
