"A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.

One little neat quirk about the cleaning service is that when the move something to clean it or the surface it is on, they put the object in a similar position, not the exact position so that there is no question that it was cleaned. The cleaning service owner/worker is also a chef and he left me with a pint of his homemade carrot ? soup!!"
