When I entered into an agreement with Total Grout LLC for services rendered it was in good faith and trusting him. I now find that we were grossly overcharged for shoddy work. When we spoke Zack told me it would take two days and this was confirmed when he were working on the patio and that he would drive back home then return the next day. This job on my Mexican tile was rushed and not allowing the tile to dry properly prior to applying the sealer. This is why I am seeing the “Efflorescence”. I took pictures and sent them to a company who specializes in this type of tile and they stated “he has no idea what he is doing”. Also he told me that using a high gloss product would cause slipping and this is not so as a little sand can always be added if needed. Also, the tile could have been sanded with two different grades and restored and after paying over $7 per square foot I would have expected more. I recommend to potential customers to research other companies first. After I sent the first email no reply which proves his “lack of customer focus” and character. I also sent a second with no reply.

Great! Owner Zachary White arrived on time with all supplies. He worked professionally and always wore a mask and stayed 6 feet apart from us to keep safe from Covid-19. He made a HUGE change in our old bathrooms. They both look brand new, even though our tile is over 25 years old. He explained everything well about the maintenance and left us with the right cleaning solution for the new color seal. I am so pleased and recommend Total Grout Solutions highly!

I think they are very reliable. The officer person was very upbeat,friendly and helpful. Helped me find a schedule that worked for me. Tech was very through. Such as cleaning out bathroom. He took out the items. He did great job and cleaned up after the job. They look great, they look like new. He was really fantastic. I was very impressed. He gave recommendations on what to use to keep it clean.
