Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.

The cleaning service starts work immediately and is totally industries for the entire time it takes to clean the condo. Walls, hard floors, carpet , mirrors, decorations and knickknacks are all cleaned. Bright ware is polished and the place looks great - until I mess it up again. One little neat quirk about the cleaning service is that when the move something to clean it or the surface it is on, they put the object in a similar position, not the exact position so that there is no question that it was cleaned. The obvious thing about this tactic is that I am drawn to the item/location and can confirm the cleaning is done. The cleaning service owner/worker is also a chef and he left me with a pint of his homemade carrot ? soup!!"
