I'm giving you below average pricing and the best results so please spend a little more for quality materials. All I can do is try to steer you in the right direction but it's your choice in the end. I cannot count how many times a client has come back to me after rejecting my estimate and asking me to try to fix what has been done. I will not be the cheapest nor the highest priced but you will never have to do it again. My rates are usually around the 50$ per hour range. Many others are in the 75-100$ per hour or higher range especially when you start thinking about using a General Contractor. Contractors take 300-500$ per day for themselves and charge 150-250 per day for laborers. The contractors are usually not even the ones doing any of the actual work and they are 10-20% of the overall cost of your project!!!!
