I had two projects: Popcorn Ceiling Removal and new tile installation. Popcorn ceiling removal: I was extremely satisfied. My ceiling looks fantastic and I could not notice any issues except some very minor bits of plaster that failed to get cleaned up. There was some patch work I requested after the project due to my own work on the house which Carlos did for me for which I am very appreciative. The project went extremely smoothly: on time and with no need for follow-up work. The tile installation was not as smooth. Sub-contractors flaked but Carlos kept me in communicaiton and found replacements in a timely manner. The final work looked phenomenal except for 2 tiles which needed re-work. Carlos was once again fantastic and made sure the work was done. Carlos is amazing to work with and can be trusted to ensure clients are satisfied with the final results. His prices are also extremely fair.

Carlos Pernia did an excellent job carefully removing popcorn ceilings and repairing them. Then he applied a new knockdown finish and painted the ceilings. He was very neat and professional. I am very satisfied with the project. I would recommend his work!

They exceeded our expectations. They completed the project on time. They thoroughly cleaned our living room and our driveway after the project was done. They also washed our floor mats. They made sure to match the paint of our existing walls. They carefully placed plastic sheets on our furniture and to the second floor to prevent dust from spreading.

Carlos did an amazing job repairing drywall that was destroyed due to plumbing issues. During the repair he paid close attention to the details and he even fixed an electrical socket that previously only partially worked! He was polite and professional and when the project was completed he cleaned all of the working areas thoroughly! I will definitely call on Carlos to help with any future projects. ?
