This was a frustrating experience and I felt that the company was not concerned about my inconveniences without hot water. They were slow to respond when there was a concern about hot water and call backs did not happen until repeated calls from me. When I did get a returned call I was told to schedule a return visit with the office.

The water heater install was fine. As a matter of fact, Ray noticed a scratch on water heater and went back to warehouse to get a replacement. My only complaint is I would have appreciated a call the day of the install to inform me of what time the work would be done.
