This is the second time within 10 months to correct a blocked drain. I was upset that the service call had increased by $50.00 in that short time. Otherwise the service was acceptable
Outstanding! My husband went to replace an outside faucet that was leaking and couldn't get it off. Now our water is shut off so we needed a plumber ASAP. Called Quaility Drain and within 2 hours we have a new faucet and the water back on. Very nice plumber did the work. Extremely pleased.

They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."
