"This is an excellent company, I first called them along with several Plumbers for an estimate on the planned work; The kitchen sink faucet was leaking and needed replacement so did the entry bathrooms faucet need repair and both the toilets needed the inside bolts holding the tank in place needed to be replaced. I also needed a quote to replace the water heater. The Customer Service attendant was able from her own knowledge to give me a quote for the work over the phone with the exception of the tank. She knew exactly the cost of the work. Their prices were less costly than other quotes with the exception of the water heater. On 9/7/18 the technician showed up and changed out the kitchen faucet, he also went to change out the bathroom faucet but it was the wrong one so I had to go back to home depot and exchange it despite the tech having to stop completion of the work I was not charged anything extra for the subsequent visit the following Monday! On 09/10/18 the technician came back and finished installing the additional bathroom faucet. He was an excellent worker, very efficient, and did a quality job in a short order. He went on to photo my Water Heater and they will call with that final quote. This company is excellent and are not out to take your money, use them you won't be sorry!"

"I've worked with Plum Rite for 3 projects now for clogged drains, under sink plumbing issues and, shut off valve issues. I also just prucahsed a new jole and they helped me go trhoigh the ossuss called out in the inspection to let me know what should be taken caee of sooner rather than later. They have been amazing every time. Everyone is very kind and straight forward about the work that does and doesn't need to be done at that moment. They respond very quickly to calls and are extremely reasonably priced. Everyone is friendly and eager to help. I will continue to use plum rite for all my plumbing needs in the future! Highly highly recommend!"

"I used to get water in my basement every time it rained. I had a sump pump installed and I still got water through the cracks. Seal pro Max was the perfect solution for me for fraction of the cost of other solutions. With all the snow and rain we’ve had this year I didn’t get a drop of water in my basement. The guys were very knowledgeable and professional and were able to finish the job in one day. I wish I knew about this years ago."

"I called and spoke to Janice because we were having trouble with gurgling and flushing our inside toilets. We had a new drain field installed by another company approx. 3 yrs. ago. All About Septic Serv. sent Dave to our house and he explained everything to us in terms we could understand. The problem was a clogged filter installed with the new drainfield. Dave thoroughly pumped and cleaned our filter and tank. Dave was very professional and did his job as a professional. This was very much appreciated as it's hard to find people that care about their job. We feel he went above and beyond and really cared that we had a good thorough job. Thank you for caring that your customer got what was promised. I will absolutely use your company in the future and recommend others to you. "

"I cannot tell you how pleased I am with A Contractors Solution. I hired them, led by Carlos Alvarez initially to determine the cause of an unexpected shower leak and repair it . The scope of the project grew into a much larger project . They rebuilt & installed a brand new shower . It has turned out to be a much larger in scope that included dry way repair , flooring, kitchen upgrades , painting & more. I highly recommend A Contractor ‘s Solution . The work was Superior! They started the job on a timely basis and stuck with us to take the project to completion. I am very impressed with the timelessness, the commitment to detail and the follow through. I highly recommend them for many of your contracting needs !"

"Joe did a fantastic job of moving some plumbing in the wall. There was a small opening and he managed to move the pipes without needing to cut further into the drywall making it super easy to clean up afterwards. Very happy with the results. Will use again in the future."
The cost to finish a basement is $18,400 for the average homeowner. However, this cost could be as little as $2,800 or as much as $34,500, depending on the basement size and the materials needed. If your basement is already outfitted with electrical and plumbing, expect the cost to fall on the lower end.
For example, the drywall cost for this project averages around $1,750, but other features, like hiring a plumber, cost between $45 and $200 per hour.
Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review

Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
The cost to remodel a basement is between $12,100 and $33,400 for the average homeowner. The price you pay can be as little as $3,500 or as much as $50,200, depending on the size and condition of your basement and the type of remodel you're doing.
If you're doing a simple project like adding a home office to your basement, you can expect to pay anywhere from $500 to $3,000. However, if you're adding a bathroom, which is an extensive project, you can expect to pay between $6,600 to $16,500.
Foundation repairs cost about $5,000, on average. Typically, prices range from $2,200 to $7,800, depending on the type and extent of repairs needed. Cost factors include foundation type, home size, soil stability, accessibility, and the ultimate cause of the problem and what methods and materials are required to fix it.
The cost of basement waterproofing is $4,950 for the average homeowner. However, you could end up paying between $600 and $14,000, depending on factors like basement size, waterproofing method, and the region you live in.
If you live in an area with heavy rainfall, you might be paying more for waterproofing than if you lived somewhere drier since waterproofing contractors would be in high demand. Likewise, a 500-foot basement costs between $2,500 and $5,000 to waterproof, but that price rises significantly for a larger basement.
