Consider using someone else before giving Carries Fence the opportunity to give you false promises. They changed my installation date twice, then installed the wrong fence; side by side and not shadowbox. They initially gave me resistance to correcting their mistake, but after some discussion they agreed to fix the mistake. Clearly a breakdown in communication within the company. After completing the job there were a few issues we requested to be addressed. I spoke with Debby at their office who promised me these would all be corrected immediately. The workers never showed, no calls from Debby or the office to reschedule or communicate their plan. Once they received our check things continued to get worse. Debby and Bob Coleman both retracted their promises and communication became non existent. We continue to have exposed nails which is not only a structural concern, but a safety concern for our small children and dogs. I would strongly consider giving another local company your business before placing your trust in Carries Fence company.

A portion of 6 ft. tall stockade fence near the W side property line was moved and repaired. Several posts were also relocated. Victor and his assistant did a great, careful job; and, the relocated fence lined-up about as perfect as one can get! I was outside monitoring the work (i. e., providing survey information, and verifying that the posts lined-up correctly). I enjoyed my phone conversation with Debby, the Office Manager. Thank you, Debby, for a well-done job, and for taking a chance on me! (NOTE: This recommendation came from Angie's List, soon after calling them directly. The problem I discovered (per survey) was that the portion of fence was crossing over into the neighbor's yard; and, I needed to correct this situation. Two other local fencing companies (one that I called directly, and a second one contacted by Angie's List on my behalf) apparently refused the job.)

Right from the git go Carrie's Fence did an outstanding job. Sales rep/Estimator "Bob" came by right on time, drew diagrams, explained how they construct the fence, and provided pricing info. Office reps very pleasant and helpful. Quality pressure-treated pine, new 4x4 posts, new 6x6 posts for gates (2), boards nailed up one x one (not prefabbed stapled sections).

Contractor was punctual, professional and did a great job on the fence. One minor issue, at the end of the job six removed four by fours were left in the neighbor’ yard after the crew left.

Excellent installation. Workers were prompt, did an professional install, cleaned up and did an excellent job.

Very well, they arrived on time did the work. cleaned up . would use them agin without question.

Called and left a message on their answering machine. It’s been 3-weeks. No one called us back. We found another Provider from Angie’s List.

Everything went well. They were very quick to come out and give a free estimate. Was able to get on the schedule within a few weeks of selecting them. Overall, was a good experience. I would use them again.

Cost was fair compared to other estimates. Installers showed up on time, were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. The fence and gates look beautiful. Scheduling job was easy and communication with office was great.

Installed a 5' chain link fence around the perimeter of my yard so my dog can run freely...bob did the estimate which was much lower than the other 2 companies; vincent and his crew did the installation yesterday...they were clearly experienced, worked hard, and were good guys...fence looks beautiful...would recommend to anyone...thanks boys!

Great job, they did an excellent job and finished in a day. From quote to finish it took about 2 weeks before they started and that included the permitting.

Great work and fair price. My only disappointment was they didn't show up until 3pm on the scheduled date which forced them to finish their work the following day.

Great fence looks awesome

It was very expensive. They might have had to work around the little bit of surgery. We got them off of Angie?s List. They did a great job, they did it in one day. I was very happy with them. They said it would take two days and it took one day. The fence work was fine and it was cheaper than a couple other bids I got. They gave me 5% because it was Angie?s List. They got done, the fence works, clean job. I am very happy with it. They showed up and finished it ahead of schedule and did a good job.  

They were an ?A? on everything they did. The responded to me. They had to get the permit, they called me when they got the permit and kept me up to date. I don?t have anything bad to say about them. Everything is fine. When I called them up, they called me back. They did everything, I have no complaints about anything. They showed up on time. Their price was lower than the other people I called.

This is a belated review, but one that I've wanted to take the time to submit for a while. If you read nothing else, know that Tim Clary and Carrie's Fence deserve a call for your next fence installation. They are true professionals. 1. The installation and quality of materials (lumber and stainless steel hardware) were TOP NOTCH. While some of our neighbors suffered the unfortunate loss of blown over sections during Hurricane Matthew (which hit the Cape with winds over 100mph), our "Carrie's Fence" withstood the onslaught perfectly, with zero damage. 2. Responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were also FIRST CLASS. Tim Clary even recommended an outstanding landscape crew to remove nearly 100 feet of hedge (at an excellent price), and seamlessly coordinated all efforts with the landscape crew so that the hedge was removed, the fence was installed, yard clean-up was spotless, and sod was laid all within a matter of days. Tim and the people he has working with him are TRUE PROFESSIONALS. 3. All of the coordination was accomplished by Tim Clary of Carrie's Fence while I was out of town! I was a bit nervous about having this work accomplished while I was away, but Tim reassured me that it would be fine. In this day and age, it was refreshing to actually have those words ring 100% true. Even my neighbors were impressed with the speed and quality of the work. 4. Carrie's Fence price was reasonable. Tim also offered the option of vinyl fencing for an excellent price that was difficult to pass up, but I went with the natural look of wood (even though the price of the maintenance-free vinyl was difficult to pass up). In conclusion, I'll reiterate that Tim Clary and Carrie's Fence were worth every penny, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
