"I definitely do NOT recommend this company. Nightmare to deal with. The entire experience was very frustrating. We weren't told ahead of time when construction materials were being dropped off, we would hear a truck at 7am and scramble to put the load someplace. We actually had to fix one of the outlets because they didn't want to send the electrician back. The inspection process was very poor and a joke. The screen enclosure took almost 3 weeks when it was a 2 day job. I tried to communicate with the owner and CFO and they refused to speak to me about all the delays with the screen enclosure. At the end of the project, the pool chemicals were completely out of balance and they refused to help. It took me a month to correct it on my own. There were so many things that would not taken care of at the end. My calls were never returned. Pick a different company. This one is very bad. "

They send reports once a week on work completed and water ranges. The pool looks gorgeous! I wouldn't even consider anyone else to work on my pool; Jacob and his crew are fabulous! Just opened my pool with a brand new liner, they set up the water perfectly, fixed a couple of minor filter leaks, and removed a ton of leaves after a nasty storm.
