"They never showed up even though they said they would. There was a lack of tools. They placed the cement pad for the heat pump but left the dirt on my fence, which they had dug up and I had to remove myself afterwards. Additionally, they brought the wrong circuit breaker, so they had to leave that day. They connected PVC pipes using glue and also glued the PVC pipes in the wrong direction. I paid them $600 upfront, but as things progressed, they simply gave up on the job and texted me that they can't continue the job. They have no clue what they are doing. They ended up causing more damage than completing work because I had to buy all the valves for the PVC pipes again."

"They inspected the job on Tuesday and gave me a very fair estimate. I sent them a 20% deposit and they started work on Wednesday. When they completed the job, they sent me “before” and “after” pictures to show me the work they completed. They expertly completed all the work in a very timely manner. They cleaned up the site as if they never were there. I absolutely will use them again in a few years when I need tree and gutter repair work again. I would highly recommend their service."

"This company charged me $5200.00 dollars for a pool liner replacement and it has never stayed in place. I have gotten nothing but excuses and in the end a pool that looks terrible. I still owe $800.00 dollars but as I explained to Jason, I will first replace this liner and get one installed properly before I pay him another dollar. Please be warned, you will only become disappointed and angry every time you look at what J&K Pools has done to your well earned investment."
