It went great! They communicated well with me, they were prompt and hard working, they did not leave a mess or use foul language. They were wonderful to work with and my pool looks amazing now!

Alan provided an estimate and timeline when they could start. Crew showed up on time. Did quality work and a good job on the cleanup. Alan came by to make sure we were happy. He also left us some touch up paint. We are extremely happy with the project and would definitely use them in the future!

Pool looks great; Gilbertson Pools are very easy to work with, all the people were fabulous. Alan came by many times and answered all questions I had; and Mr Gilbertson, the owner, even came by one day to about things. Fantastic bunch of people, and a great looking pool; can’t wait for summer!!

I had not heard from him for a while so I finally called him. When I told him I needed him to come and repair my spa, he said he does not service spas. I did inform him that the ad stated pool and spa repair. I am just canceling the service with him.

The other provider wanted to charge us $25,000 to fix our pool. We said no!

He and his crew did an awesome job. They were quick to respond and completed the project on time and at a reasonable price. I am in the process of using them again to put in a new pool liner.

I trusted Leland from the moment I first contacted him.  He answered the phone and happened to be close by so came over within a couple of hours.  He gave me more than one option (repair or replace) but after a few days it was apparent that the pump on our Polaris needed to be replaced.  We decided to go with his recommendation and he completed the work the following week.  I would definitely call on Gilbertson's pool repair again.

The job took about 6 days due to the amount of ground water and the requirement to control the ground water prior to resurfacing the bottom of the deep end of the pool. The work was completed as quickly as the removal water would allow. The work required was more than originally estimated, but the provided completed the job for the original price quoted.

Showed up exactly when they said, promptly found problem, made all repairs for less than it would have cost me in parts and cleaned up the work site when complete

He answers the telephone and shows up when he said he would. He is excellent.
