We didn't leave the dirt on the fence for long it was there for a couple of days just in case we needed it to level out the slab that was laid once it was completely dry. We do have all the right equipment. I do apologize if it's not the same heavy-duty equipment that construction workers do use. We did not run the PVC the wrong way it was installed properly, and yes, you are supposed to glue the pipes together. We didn't complete the circuit hook up. Yes, I did buy the wrong breakers for your breaker box but was more than willing to exchange them for the right ones. we sent you an email stating that due to the weather, we could not get the job completed in a timely manner. I have all recorded the times we were at your residence and for how long. In all honesty, we didn't completely wire in the heat pump,/ Cooler we were afraid you Mrs [Member Name Removed] would cause us to injure ourselves or yourself. Every step of the process, you proceed to get in the way and tell us how to do our job . We are very professional and have every right to refuse service. Also, the 600.00 paid was a down payment that paid for ( concrete 23 bags of 80lbs each, 25 feet of pvc, O.E.M. Jandy valve, rebar, clean filler sand and wire mesh. We did credit your account the remaining 539.27 out of the total of ($ 1,139.27). we did not get paid for any labor, wire whip, or circuit breakers. We even gave you a discount on Labor . Which we originally quoted 12 hours and dropped it down for 5.5 hrs. before we even started any work . We tried our best but we can't please everyone."
