Eric Mercer was our inspector and he did an outstanding job! We felt very comfortable talking with him initially over the phone. He was a very good communicator, kept us in the loop on his progress and commute. We found him to be prompt, courteous, and professional. He followed up with an e-mailed report, and left us contact information, should we need to contact him in the future. Overall we were very impressed with his work, and would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.
