Expected a professional manner ,but found myself having to initiate calls to them due to no shows for them to say it was due to someone being sick. I understand sickness, but it would be nice to RECEIVE the call from them. I was told they would arrive first thing in the morning and no one would show until after noon... multiple times. Lastly, we now have an unfinished patch on our house because no one ever came back to finish. I’’ve learned my lesson on paying in advance since the services requested were not fully completed; even after contacting Dave . Pool services may be the better quality service of this company, but for anything else, you have to have time and money to spare. Very disappointed. Very Good people, not so good professionalism."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
