We guarantee our work 100% for one year we also remodel Complete Pools. We also refinish gunite pools with Diamond Brite the. Best product you can get. "I needed my pool liner replaced in 2021. I contacted All Pools in January and after much back and forth, someone (Rich?) came out and took some measurements. We agreed on a price and he ordered the liner. I didn?t hear back from him for several weeks and when he finally responded he stated that the liner was delayed at the factory. The delays went on and on. I don?t have the date the installation was started but I see my texts in May asking about when he would begin. They finally came out and did the installation but didn?t actually complete the work. The liner had a couple of places that were not in the track (see pictures), the light was covered over, a couple of other things. He (Rich) stated he would come back when the parts came in for the light and take care of the other items. He never came back. I ordered the thicker liner but it looks thinner than my original. There is now a wide, dark colored substance around where the floor meets the walls, maybe glue. Now need a new liner."
