They did a great job cutting my trees! They had to climb my trees because I have a septic tank and they did an awesome job! The only thing I not to happy with was when they took down my fence to get inside it wasnâ t put back on very well and they had to come back to fix it!! They did come back...

I was charged $250 for finding & uncovering my septic tank lid. He ran a rotating cutter down one of the drain pipes & pronounced it was clogged. All this in under an hour. It appears to be my problem to get a contractor to redo the leach field lines. Is this a fair price. I've no idea....

Roto-Rooter was the only respondent with in the Milton and Pace, FL area late on a Sunday night. The technician, Adam, called me immediately and got out to the house late that evening around 10:00pm to clear the blockage and assessed that the septic tank was full and needed additional service.

"I just pay $75 you never know who's going to come out. They do everything electrical. Just about everything is covered except the septic tank. I had an air conditioner replaced. It went great, all I had to do was pay for the freon. He didn't charge e more than what was needed."
