Kelley?s Plumbing Contractor employees were great; they worked quickly, cleanly, and were extremely respectful in our home. They discussed the labor costs with us prior to working on our project but did not disclose an estimated final cost. When we received our invoice we were floored. The service took a total of one hour and our bill was $780. It is an absurd cost for a job that took one hour, including the time to the store to purchase parts. We do not recommend them for future services unless you ask for full disclosure on the anticipated final cost. Very disappointed with the cost.

When I had a leak in my toilet, Kelly's was the only company to respond, and did so within 24 hours of my request for quote. It turned out the leak I had in my toilet bowl wasn't from the bolt in the floor that I thought. This plumber did a double check and quickly found a crack in the top of the bowl that leaked as the tank would drain into the bowl when the toilet flushed. Since he immediately wrote off the job as needing replacement, which took all of two minutes, he called "the boss" and got the price on my bill reduced from the $165 rate for the first hour to their $55 per additional 1/2 hour. I found this quite equitable and great customer service, and I was able to settle with cash on the spot. What was less commendable was their evaluation of the bowl needing a complete replacement for a small crack. After they left, I stuck some caulk in it, and it's held multiple days. I see no need to call them back. In short, amazing customer service up front, but they may try to rope you into something that will wind up more expensive for you.

The work was done very well, and quickly, coming in for less than the estimate. The plumber was very professional and polite. The job required enlarging a hole in the drywall and was done very neatly. Very happy with the experience.

In the middle of retailing our shower, we had a plumbing emergency. Called and spoke with Ryan around 7:15 this morning. He had two guys out here by 9:00. Skylar worked quickly and did a great job and the tilers were able to get right back to work. Quick, professional, good quality work. Totally recommend.

Very helpful, understanding etc. I was in a bad way and they showed up fast, on the time they said and completed the work as needed at the price we settled on.

I called them and he said he could come by in two days. ( which is why i hired him). he said for 250 (over the phone estimate) he would put in a 5/8th HP garbage disposal. The guy came in and it was a half HP disposal ( which was the same being replaced). I ASKED what size for the install price- he said 5/8ths. ( He said that his boss told him to just pick the part off the shelf and install it ) and said he get could get the right part for more money. I paid him 265 (actual price). the next day started dishwasher and it said it wouldn't drain water, - So I went to best buy and purchased a new dishwasher... the new dishwasher was installed today June 1st 2018. and still wont work- had the same drain problem as old one. The people who installed the dishwasher - checked the line and found that the disposal was installed without the abvility to allow the dishwasher to drain. I called him back and he wouldnt answer his phone. called him twice , seems like he is call avoiding.

They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves, just make sure to get their prices before they start the work. I either saw the pricing online or was told by the owner that they were $165 the first hour and $53 every hour after that and was charged $110 an hour after.

Wow, what an unexpected pleasure! Here in less than 24 hours after contact. Professional,did more than I asked for, then clearly explained the charges. This was just for a small preventative project, they will be the folks I call the next time I have an issue!

Kelley's couldnt help me with my well pump but was nice enough to recommend a friend of his that does work on wells and pumps. He was helpful and I will keep his number for any future plumbing issues. Thanks much

Kelly "repaired" a 3 year old hot water heater under warranty rather than replace it. Charged me $300. Water heater failed three months later. Despite multiple calls to Kelly, they never offered to come back and take another look at the water heater. Finally, I found and hired a new plumber who removed the defective water heater and replaced with a new one under warranty. I only paid for the labor to install.
