"Curtis called right away when requested on Home Advisor and was able to give me quotes over the phone. Same day service for clogged toilet. Lance called earlier than scheduled to let me know he could come earlier which I greatly appreciated. Lance was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and went over and beyond my expectations. My commode was blocked and the auger wouldn't do the trick. Lance had to take out my commode to remove the toilet bowl brush from my drain. He made sure everything was put back and caulked around the toilet then cleaned up everything to make sure it was spotless before he left.
