"I first heard of this company when I was at Home Depot buying my home appliances and a guy came insisting on a Black Friday Deal “AC Tune up for only $8.88” if I could just think about how **** of a trickster this was …Never allowing this people come back inside my property again, totally scammers who will make your AC system fail, I’ve had COOL MODE WORKING PERFECTLY and my AC was giving me problems to Heating the house …inspector Ricardo who came and despite looking a good friendly person, he never finished the job on my AC pump upstairs due to “the NEST thermostat was in and out of fan”, tried charging me $380 just to do the thermostat installation, I refused and I did it myself, then there a fuse blown and he again told me it would cost $170 to simply change a “$8 fuse”!!! I refused again and as it wasnt enough now after I fixed the Fuse and Thermostat, just to find out they cut cooling system purposefully in the attempt to charge me for REPAIR, the AC fan is running and Thermostat is on Cooling mode but temperatures are reaching from 77F-85F leaving my family including my poor old grandmother suffering in the hot temperatures this entire time… THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF NO MERCY!!! DONT EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS."

"Complete professionals from first contact until the job was complete. Showed up on time, gave an estimate before leaving. Told me ahead of time "We are very busy so lead time is several weeks after you accept estimate." That's okay - honesty up front. I like that! I accepted estimate and they followed up quickly once materials arrived to schedule install. Arrived to install on time in clean work truck with matching company shirts. BEST PART... fixed a leak in my lanai that others could not. Told me "Can't guarantee this will work, but I'll do my best." Over 4 inches of rain one night last week and not a DROP in my lanai! Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed."

"All-Bay did a total (shingle) re-roof for us. We have a LARGE roof and they arrived at 7 AM the first day and were gone by 3 PM the 2nd day. Roof looks great and they cleaned up nearly perfectly. They are Certified Master Elite GAF installers and they provided an outstanding warranty. We received about 8 or 9 bids and All-Bay was the lowest bidder as well. A bit about customer service - we were unsure about the color we wanted. The owner (and estimator), Klaus found us homes to go look at with the shingles we were considering and then he even went to a house that we found on our own to see what color they had used for that job. Lastly he brought over sample shingles for us to compare. In the end the color worked out perfectly and we really appreciated the above-and-beyond from Klaus!"

They were excellent in their installation and service, and did a great joy of following up with me on the installation. I would highly recommend them for your gutter needs. "I was asked to complete a review in June 2019. I completed the review by giving on overall grade of "F" because I had never received the requested estimated. Shortly after the submission in a follow-up call with George, we determined that the estimate was sent to the wrong email address. Once I received the proposal, I agreed to move forward with Ambrosio. The word has not been completed as proposed and to my total satisfaction. I would have no problem recommending this company. The quality of the work is good and the pricing is fair."

"Contracted Gulf Gate through my pool company for a pool cage installation, and the experience was unsatisfactory. In hindsight, I wish we had hired a different company directly. From the start, Gulf Gate was problematic. On the first day, the crew damaged our fascia/soffit, exposing the plywood roof and leaving nails exposed overnight. It was evident they did not expect us to inspect their work. Additionally, every beam installed was scratched, chipped, and dented despite purchasing new aluminum. The crew attempted to cover the scratches with black paint instead of bronze, making it worse. Their handling of structural beams was concerning. They removed beams without adequate roof support, which was distressing. I had to intervene due to the crew’s limited English proficiency. There were also issues with the screen door installation and damage to our fence post. Gulf Gate was slow to address these problems, delaying repairs for over a month. When I complained, Gabrielle from scheduling dismissed my concerns. Matt, the manager, was unhelpful, suggesting scratches and dents were normal. His response was dismissive and unprofessional. While Gulf Gate eventually returned to address most issues, several problems, like a large dent in a beam, remained unresolved. Our fence still has holes, and the fascia is scratched and dented. This review provides an honest account of my experience with Gulf Gate. Photos documenting the issues are available."

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."
