I hired this small, family owned business to replace some faulty gutter on our back porch. (The rain would waterfall over on our porch). Our screened lanai was also attached to the gutters and this area of the house so it had to be detached and reattached as part of the project. Titus, the owner, was very knowledgeable and professional. We’ve had some pretty severe storms and heavy rain since the repairs and our gutters are now working flawlessly. Highly recommend this company.

Titus walked down the job prior to giving an estimate.  He then sat down with me and discussed his plan, then he asked if I had any special requests or would like any changes to the plan.  How about that, asking the customer what they want.  What a novel idea. He gave me several pricing options to make sure it would fit my budget. I asked what he would do if he found other work that needed to be done which might be hidden behind the old gutters.  He said he would let me know if he found anything and give me an estimate before continuing. I agreed to the estimate. He showed up a few days later than expected, but called ahead to let me know he was running behind due to the extreme rain.  As it turned out when he removed the old gutters the roof was missing several sections of drip edge  and the gutter guard was installed under the roofing.  Just as he said earlier he installed the drip edge and removed the gutter guard at a minimal price. He took the old gutters and disposed of them.  The last time I had gutters done the company left them at my curb for the garbage company to discard.  Not Titus!   They cleaned up after they were done each day. Even though the job took longer than he estimated due to the unforeseen additional work He stuck to his original estimate for the work. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.   They were honest, hard working, and pleasant to deal with on all phases of the project. I would not hesitate to recommend Miller Seamless Gutters to anyone.  They give a renewed meaning to "customer service".
