The Heights Aluminum Inc

Heights Aluminum added gutters to my home across the back of my house, due to large oak trees dropping their leaves. They were excellent in their installation and service, and did a great joy of following up with me on the installation. I would highly recommend them for your gutter needs. I would give them a 5 STAR rating!

We recently had a perfect experience with The Heights Aluminum. They knew we were anxious to have gutters installed in our new home before the rainy season. And they made it happen quickly - in fact, months before the other company we received a quote from. Everything was professional from the estimate through completion of the project. They came for the estimate and the installation on the dates promised and did a high quality job. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality.

We received 3 bids from companies in the area. Heights was not the lowest but very close to the lowest. Their presentation of the work to be done was very detailed and included brochures on the high quality of aluminum products that they use. We selected them because we felt that we were getting the best product available at a very reasonable cost. We also believed that they had experienced crews who worked for the company for a long time which was important to us in determining whether to hire Heights to do the job. The installation took over 8 hours to complete in the hot Florida June sun, but they installers stayed until the job was complete, and in our opinion did an excellent job. Our home is new so we wanted the best product available at a reasonable cost, and to have it installed professionally and on time. We were very satisfied with the company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

CJ and Kendrick were wonderful. They were on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. They left the work area spotless. I would have them do work on the house anytime.

Once again, Junior and Kenrick did an outstanding job! They reviewed what needed to be done, and then proceeded to fix the problem almost in the blink of an eye. These two technicians obviously know their craft. They can analyze the job, move on to solve the problem, and have things fixed so that they are better than the original installation!! I will always use The Heights Aluminum Inc. for any/all jobs in the future.

It was great. Only company to follow-up in a timely fashion. Price was great, $1050.00 for whole house. Guys showed up actually a day early and knocked it out. Can't say enough good things about this company, would use again and have referred them to others already. Great job guys, thank-you!

It took considerably longer than initially promised to start the job, but it was worth the wait. Junior and his crew were personable, professional and very skilled. The completed work actually exceeded my expectations—and I’m very detail oriented. I would recommend The Heights without reservation.

Heights Aluminum provided a free estimate for gutters and downspouts, addressing my specific needs / requirements. The cost was reasonable. The installers arrived on the scheduled day, reviewed the specifics of the installation with me, and worked efficiently and professionally to form the gutters and install the install them with the downspouts. Their workmanship was professional, working as if "they were working on their own home!"

I was extremely impressed with this company. The installers actually arrived before the time of the appointment. The technicians, Jr. and Kendrick, started by taking the time to provide details as to what they were going to do on this job. They started immediately to set up their equipment so they could start rolling out the gutter. Jr. was the lead installer and from watching him work his magic with the snips, etc., it was obvious he knew what he was doing. While Jr. was doing the measuring for the hangers as the gutter was being rolled out, Kendrick made sure the gutter was stable on the support stands. Once the length had been rolled out, and the hangers and wedges had been put in place, the technicians took the 75' of gutter to the roof to be installed. Jr. and Kendrick had the gutter and downspouts in place in minutes. All in all, from start to finish, the job took less than an hour of time. It was impressive to see how quickly these two technicians got the job done. There wasn't any second guessing about measurements, angles, etc. It was measure once, roll it out, hang it up. I chose The Heights Aluminum Inc. for my job after getting a total of 4 estimates. One company flat out said they would not be the least expensive, and they weren't. 2 others said they took credit cards, but in the fine print, they stated they would add a 3% credit card fee. Didn't choose them. The Heights Aluminum Inc. did have the best price and they did not add a credit card fee. I would use them again, and recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. From job estimate to the finished product, The Heights Aluminum Inc. is my company of choice.

Perfect! I live in Jersey and my home in Florida needed gutters badly. Corey made the entire process from the very first call amazingly easy! I have had a couple very bad experiences with other different contractors and getting people to respond is sometimes a major challenge. My good friend down there said the workers were polite and very informative and cleaned up afterwards, completely. And the price was just about what I had expected when i was given the quote. Highly Recommended!!!

Everything from the initial free estimate for new gutters by the owner, Corey, to the final clean up upon completion by his crew was top notch. Very pleased, would hire again, and recommend highly.

I liked Corey who showed up on time to give me an estimate. After I agreed we set a date. The two young men showed up prescribed time. We walked the perimeter of the property and decided on where the downspouts would go. I checked on them a few times and they were working steadily. They did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone, it looks so nice.

Came a week earlier. 4 hrs to install Crew did quality work, very friendly. Finished product looks great. Cory was very professional.

Excellent. Corey was excellent in discussing options and very responsive to our needs. I am particular and he excelled at satisfying our expectations. The crew who installed, Collin and Jason, were equally exceptional. Both worked with us to install the gutters so they were as unobtrusive as possible and aesthetically pleasing. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
