"Working with Ivan was a pleasure. He explained everything in detail to me and answered all of my questions. The team (Mario) doing the siding and soffits were very efficient, polite and cleaned up after themselves. My finished siding and soffits look amazing. It looks like I have a new house. I would definitely recommend RIA construction to anyone."

"Quality work. Fast and at a great price. Did a great job replacing my vinyl siding and installing Hardy board siding, Would highly recommend."

"Pedro and his crew did a great job replacing the damaged fascia and siding on my home with Hardie board. They also repaired areas that had water damage and rot and installed new flashing. The finished work looks great, and Pedro was easy to communicate with throughout the project. When I brought up an additional issue, he worked with me to get it taken care of. His crew was professional and did quality work. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them."

"We chose RIA to do our siding for our new custom home and we are so happy that we did. After interviewing three companies for the project, we chose RIA because we were impressed with Ivan and team and found them very professional. Their work is excellent particularly on the custom trims and siding that were designed into the house. If you are looking for highly customized work on your new home, we highly recommend Ivan and team!"

"The contractors from Handyman by Henderson were prompt, courteous, knowledgable craftsmen, who paid attention to minor details when finishing the job. They did an excellent job in changing out our old wood and replacing the dormer with vapor barrier protection and hardyboard."

"Above and beyond service. You can't even tell the repair was needed. Highly recommend"

"I want to share my endorsement of David Graf Construction, Inc. I just bought a house with a 600 sq/ft deck that was not structurally sound. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. He connected me with a designer & engineer and got it all permitted with the county in record time. A few weeks later the work was completed within time estimate and on budget. The crew was fantastic, respectful & polite and always left the worksite tidied and free of debris. More importantly, the quality of work was exceptional. If you have a need for a general contractor for a construction project, I highly recommend you talk to David Graf of David Graf Construction, Inc."

"Had to keep calling for a start date. The people at Morgan Exterior can be very rude. Overall on the high end for job done, and lot of back and forth with office to get job done. The people who came out to work were really professional. The person who fixed siding was great!"

"I want to say how happy I am with the work that RFH did on our mobile home. We had old vinyl film windows and they replaced them with new Jeld-Wen insulated single hung windows. They also installed vinyl siding to complete our new sunroom. I love it. It looks great. I would definitely hire RFH again and have recommended him to my neighbors who have used them also. "I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was prompt, professional, and left the worksite spotless. They were very responsive, great to work with and were excellent about keeping me informed every step of the way. You will not be disappointed with Gulf Shield Roofing."
