"With them, there was a misunderstanding. When they came, I thought they were coming with the paint. I would like stuff like that clarified before they get started. I didn't know I had to supply the paint. I'm thinking if I hire a painter, painters bring the paint. He did happen to have something there on his truck and he charged me for it. I had to go with that color because I needed that done. I wasn't too satisfied with that aspect, the communications process. I'm old school. I'm used to dealing with people on the phone, not online and not on email. They showed up about an hour late."

"When originally purchased, we were informed that they were booked up through the end of August.  Jeff called and he actually had a cancelation and was able to complete the job on very short notice (on both ends).  He arrived on time with two employees and they got right to work.  On his initial assessment, he informed us that the drywall repair was not normal and a little more work involved and we would be charged an additional $40; we agreed and they proceeded with the job.  Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable.  The bathroom that Jeff completed himself (a large Jack and Jill) was completed without flaws.  There were a few minor flaws in the other two bathrooms as well as the "clean up" was not to our satisfaction; lots of drywall debris and dust.  Jeff quickly responded and came back out on a second visit and completed the job to our satisfaction.  We will definitely be considering him for some popcorn removal and additional interior painting.
