No lock work should be done without signed work order with customer approval. We told Dolly to confirm when work could be done and we never head from her, but changed lock anyway."

I am the owner / operator of Lock Works. I specialize in Schlage and Kwikset rekeying, picking, and repair of commercial and residential locks. I also have multiple suppliers to order locks. I currently work full time for a building supply company and have keyed approximately 2500 new homes in the Jacksonville area. I have also keyed a bank office and have 2 commercial property accounts. I have discounts for referrals lock purchases, and volume purchases. Currently I accept only cash, checks and accounts as payment. I am a very small one man operation and treat every customer as if they are my only customer. Lastly I appreciate everyone's business. Charges without discounts are as follows: Trip Charge $30.00 , Lock rekey $10.00 per lock , Other services available please call for pricing.
