"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"My wife and I new exactly what we wanted removed, but we weren't positive what we wanted everything replaced with. We contacted Joe for an estimate and he came over that same afternoon to listen to what we wanted to do as well as give some helpful ideas on what we could do. He was quick to provide us with two estimates based on the different options we had discussed. He started and completed the work in a timely manner and kept in contact throughout the job, which is impressive as this took full days of work over the course of a couple of weeks. The back porch was gutted, including some of the dry wall and exterior of the house. In the end it was replaced with expertly laid tile, new windows, a giant sliding glass door and new drywall and siding, as well as a fresh coat of paint to top it off. Joe's attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none. Throughout the job he would bring things to my attention about my house I had never even considered. I've hired him for additional work after the first job and will be calling him again when we are ready for our next project."

"I needed rotting wood right under a glass block window surrounded by vinyl siding replaced. Joseph was punctual in meeting me at my house to discuss the details of the work. He promptly gave me a reasonable and very competitive quote, so I hired him. He arrived early in the morning at the agreed-upon date and time and meticulously completed the job in one working day. He carefully removed the existing siding, replaced the rotten wood frame under the glass blocks along with new studs, installed new metal flashing and new vapor barrier, and put the siding back on right with caulk. I was out of town during the time he did this work, and so he sent me pictures of the job. Several contractors did not want to touch this work because they considered it to be a little more on the complex side, but Joseph did it and did a great job. I 100%, highly recommend him for your simple and even more complex handyman jobs."

"Once project and price was agreed upon and papers signed, the project moved very quickly. Roof was shingled, and a few plywood replacements were done in two days. In their haste to remove and re-shingle, black spots were left on the sides of the house, but they cleaned that off once the project had been completed. They also readjusted some work on the porch were some installation caused nails to show throw on the siding. Only real issues we had, is that a better sweep for roofing nails could have been done on the ground. I was able to walk my perimeter and find a handful of the nails by eye site and my wife found one in her shoe. The second issue was that a porch light cover was snapped off, wife and I are certain it was done during installation, but we did not take pictures of exterior before work to show and the individual who we talked with never got back with us, as he had indicated he had taken pictures himself and would check."
