"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"They came, measured, purchased, installed and cleaned up everything within 1 day so I could leave before the Hurricane got there. If that was not enough, I was planning to come back afterwards and they called me and asked if I wanted boards removed, so when I got back the next day all the boards were gone, stacked and labeled on the side of the house. I used him again a few weeks later as we had yet another hurricane but this time I stayed in town, but still had them removed the day I cam back from the southside."

"I needed rotting wood right under a glass block window surrounded by vinyl siding replaced. Joseph was punctual in meeting me at my house to discuss the details of the work. He promptly gave me a reasonable and very competitive quote, so I hired him. He arrived early in the morning at the agreed-upon date and time and meticulously completed the job in one working day. He carefully removed the existing siding, replaced the rotten wood frame under the glass blocks along with new studs, installed new metal flashing and new vapor barrier, and put the siding back on right with caulk. I was out of town during the time he did this work, and so he sent me pictures of the job. Several contractors did not want to touch this work because they considered it to be a little more on the complex side, but Joseph did it and did a great job. I 100%, highly recommend him for your simple and even more complex handyman jobs."

"The roof itself, is beautiful and the roofers were very fast, and very neat. I guess my problem was the total lack of communication or understanding or whatever with the Field supervisor. For example, they took my satellite dish off and left it dangling down the side of my house. I emailed and told them that as per contract, they were supposed to take it down and discard. I just wanted to ensure they did that before the dumpster left the premises. I got a response saying they would take it down. Well, six days later, the roof is done, the dumpster is gone, the workers are gone, and the dish is still dangling by a cord down the side of my house. Then we had a rain and WIND storm. I heard banging and thought "Good, they are taking down the dish". It was actually the dish banging into the side of my house. After the storm I went out and it had ripped open an electrical [or cable?] box on the side of my house. I took pictures of the damage and sent them to Edgar who is actually PRE-construction [this part was not his responsibility], but the only one who ever really responded whenever I had a question. I told him I was upset that it was left dangling down my house for six days. I am 67 and a woman and live alone or I would have gotten the thing down myself. Thanks to Edgar, 20 minutes later, the actual field supervisor came and took it down and loaded it into his truck. I went out and he told me he just kept forgetting to do it. My opinion only, but I find that unacceptable. A week later I got a bill for the wrong amount. I emailed the corrected document to them of the 'correct' amount and they resent the bill, and I paid it. The bottom line is: In the beginning when they are trying to sell you the actual roof, everything went smoothly. Between Edgar and Ken I learned a LOT about roofs. The workers were great and did a fantastic job [as far as I can tell]. It seems to me, that everyone else between the supervisor, the office, the billing, etc. must not talk to each other because no one seemed to actually know what was up. I lost confidence and would not hire them again."
