"I gave him money to go to the hardware store to buy the part, and he wanted another $200 for labor. After I complained, he was gonna take all parts out....so he settled for $150. The reason I feel ripped off is- I called Mile Scott( a plumber in this area that advertises a lot), he came out and fixed a leak in the water tube going into the back of the refrigerator, and charged $119.00. This made me realize how bad I was taken by Chris Halligan....."
