Awesome Job!!! I called Jimmy to discuss my project, he came right out and gave me some great ideas and suggestions. We set up a time for him to install the drain and he arrived right on time. His worked that helped was also great, both super hard workers and the price was unbeatable. Ran into some issue with the previous foundation, they worked extra hard and stayed until 9pm to make sure it was all done right and complete. Would highly recommend to anyone, would certainly call them again for future project. Great company, great service.

They ground away the old carpet glue to prepare the surface under the lanai, dug up the cracks in the pool deck and sealed them with an epoxy filler to prevent future cracking, and filled the voids around the drain between the pool deck and lanai.   They also repaired broken concrete by the pool ladder.

Once the epoxy and filler was dried, they ground these down to the level of the surrounding surface.  After all of this preparation work, they carefully cleaned the surface to remove dust created by the grinding.

Before they put down the base coat, they carefully masked all windows, walls, pool ladder and rails, the expansion strips and drain.  The base coat was troweled on.  Once this dried, they leveled the coated surface and applied the top coat and sealer in the color we chose.

After all of this was done, they cleaned up our yard where their debris fell, removed all of the masking tape and paper, and again cleaned the surface.

Overall, their work was conscientious and professional.  Even though two of the workers smoked, they did so away from our house and made sure they collected their debris.
