After checking out the overall situation, he gave me an estimate to decide if I wanted to proceed. Eric efficiently accomplished the task, and showed me pictures of what was causing the drain clogs, and gave me tips for preventing future problems. This was really helpful! He also pointed out some other potential issues that we are now aware of, to keep an eye and budget for repairing in the future. Overall excellent experience!"

"Great. Fixed intire system and installed new control unit. Did not try to upsell me when I was willing to replace anything that looked bad. One sprinkler head that they didn't replace started to work but eventually is now not working but otherwise I love the job he did. However. Only complaint I had was delays which were not the company's fault but was tied up at the house due to not communicating back ups due to weather and homeowner add on to existing job causing delays and I knew that was the case I just wanted a call to confirm so I could have planned my days better but I loved his knowledge and blue collar work ethic and will definitely use this company again."

"U-Need Concrete did an excellent job with the concrete slab they installed. I had a concrete slab poured for a detached garage that they graded my lot so the slab area was level with my existing driveway. I got a very high quality foundation for my building with 1 foot footers using rebar and concrete wire in all the other areas to insure it was a long lasting slab. They do not cut corners that would lower the quality of their work. They have great workmanship and attention to detail. Their prices were very fair and they are an honest stand up company. They were reliable and professional, handling any issues that came up with ease. They have great workmanship and attention to detail. They really cared about making sure I was happy with the result. "I'd been having a problem with the toilet draining in my guest bathroom for a long time.  Soon it became apparent that the sink and tub were also having the same problem---the entire bathroom wasn't draining well.  Multiple plumbing companies had come out and multiple things had been tried, to no lasting avail.  Due to a previous hydroflush and camera I knew there were roots in the line and that was possibly the problem.  So when I saw the 'deal' for $300 for root removal and flushing, I called them out.  They spend quite a bit of time cutting the roots and flushing.  However sadly that didn't fix the problem.  The bathroom in question was at the farthest end of the plumbing line.  So I called them back out.  A different person than the first person came out.  We had to knock a hole in the wall to access the toilet clean out but once that was snaked the toilet worked well.  However then he had to use the sink clean out to help the sink to drain.  Then he tried to snaking the tub, but was unable.  As the tub did drain (even if a bit slow) we decided to leave it at that as it is my guest bath and not much used.  The extra work was $275.  However it has now been over a month and everything is working well.  We are SO pleased to be able to use our toilet again after many months of non-use!  Both of the people who came out were very polite and professional.  I would certainly use this company again.
