"My toilets and sinks were not flushing or draining without backing up and Jacob snaked the pipes to ascertain the source of the problem. I’m thankful that he was able to help prevent what could have been a huge and very costly mess in my house. He also fixed a leaky toilet seal and replaced a faulty flush valve and flapper. "Dale Avant, Devin Kestner, and Josh Yancey did our crawlspace encapsulation for Alpha. They arrived on time, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations when they notified us that 2 waste pipes were leaking. We got a plumber out the next day and the alpha team worked around the plumbers, who set them back 2 hrs, and still completed the job on time. Also notified us of an insufficient cross beam under our house that we couldn't afford but if we get it done in the future we will be using Dale from Alpha. Would definitely recommend them."
