"Everything seems to start off great. I was led to Celtic Pavers based on the reviews here on angieslist. Jim was kind enough to come out the same day to assess my driveway and backyard because he was in the neighborhood. Jim arrived when he said that he would, we talked for a little while, he gave me some ideas and he took some measurements. This was a Friday afternoon.
He said that he would have a quote and associated drawings back to me "when I wake up in the morning on Monday" I sent my survey to Jim on sunday afternoon which caused a delay in getting back the drawing. Later that same week I called JIm to follow up on where the quote and drawing was. He said that since I had waited to provide the survey, he couldn't have it to me by Monday morning as he originally said that he would. But, he said, "I'll have it to you when you wake up in the morning on Saturday". Sure enough saturday rolls along and no quote and no drawing. He said that he hadn't provided the drawing because it was kinko's fault.
To make a long story short, it took almost 2 weeks to get a quote, and almost a month later I still have no drawing. 
Jim is actually a really nice guy, and apologetic when I called him to remind him that I was awaiting on his drawing. He said, "oh shoot, you are right, my fault, I will have it to you later this afternoon". This was after almost a month of waiting for it. 
In short, I like Jim as a person but he really didn't follow through so obviously I can't recommend him. 
Playing devils advocate here, my home is located in Miami Shores and Jim is out of Fort Lauderdale, so it may be that Jim just wasn't all that interested in allocating resources to my job all the way in Miami. Either way, I'll move on and use another contractor.

"The tradesmen that we were assigned from OCA Tile Services were excellent. They were very courteous, very clean and very meticulous regarding the job they were hired to do. The first job was a floor installation on the entire first floor of a newly constructed home. Any imperfect or questionable areas were redone without argument. The finished floor is beautiful. We also hired OCA to do lighting, which included adding and moving receptacles and patching holes in the ceiling. We could not be happier with the work. We plan to hire OCA again to do more extensive work in our home."

"We hired Santana Woodwork to replace (2) kitchen cabinets. One that was breaking and one just needed to be smaller in order to accommodate a larger refrigerator. Since we have wood cabinets in good condition we didn’t want to replace all of the cabinets or have the wood covered over with a laminate. Our maple wood cabinets are 20 years old therefore; they have changed color over the years so this was a difficult task. Other companies said they would not be able to match the cabinets and we would need all new cabinets or put a laminate over them. Fernando was able to replace the cabinets and match the color perfectly. We saved thousands of dollars by not having to purchase all new cabinets. No one that has come over was able to tell which two cabinets have been replaced. We also had him put end panels on the cabinets and I don’t know how he was able to match the cabinet profile exactly like the cabinet doors, but he did. He’s very knowledgeable and a master of his craft along with being a very nice person. He always came the day he said he would be there and was on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of woodwork and I will definitely hire him again for any future projects."
