"Howard consistently showed attentive professionalism; he made many trips to my home to be sure that he was satisfying my design requirements; he maintained a sense of humor and yet showed determination to make quality furniture! I am completely satisfied. The project took longer than i thought, but in between, there was temperature drop (which affects the work on wood) and then i had a long illness which caused delay. That said, Howard does not rush to do a quick job, he takes his time to do quality work."
