He always showed up on time, was prompt with estimates and any information we required, and was very responsive to any phone calls and questions. For a reasonable fee he took care of all necessary permitting and inspections. The estimate for the work was comparable to other people I contacted for estimates. Every person who came to do the various parts of the project was a true professional. They all came on time and were very nice to work with, and took great pride in their workmanship. The travertine was laid beautifully with clean cuts. The decorative tile for the pool resurfacing turned out better than we had hoped for, due to the care with which it was installed. We always had clear instructions and information on what was to be done next and what kind of care was needed. I have recommended Richard and All Pro Pools to many friends with no hesitation."

"These ladies are awesome. I received a quote beforehand and the service was just as discussed. They did a coat of Kilz, then 2 coats of paint, and 3 in the bathroom area as I chose a lighter color. (she only quoted me for 2 coats but did not charge anything additional.) All of the it turned out beautifully. These ladies know what they are doing. They did not even tape and did a meticulous job painting around the trim. They were a delight to have at my house as we interacted the whole time they were with me. I would absolutely recommend them for any painting job!"
