"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. "Javed was polite, courteous, and a technical genius. He's very perceptive, works at the speed of light and discovered many small software issues which taken together were causing numerous larger problems. My computer had also begun began warning me of imminent failure of the SSD awhile ago. He remotely fixed the software issues, and then came to my home to check for hardware problems. After diagnostic testing he agreed the SSD was on the verge of collapse. He immediately used an external drive to clone everything as a backup. I bought a replacement SSD and called him when it arrived 2 days later. He came back, replaced the drive and tested to insure all functions were operating properly, reinstalled all from the backup. He also made more improvements in software usage. He spent several hours in total and charged far less than I anticipated. Certainly recommend him as first choice for any computer repairs."
