"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Talked to Dan over Thanksgiving holiday. He was the only computer tech to call me at that time. Dan said he was out of town will be glad to help when he comes back. Dan called first thing Monday morning, got the address and his associates replaced my battery laptop it in a timely manner. I like the fact that Dan contacted me even during a holiday and how he followed up first thing in Monday morning; his persistence is what made me a customer."
