It’s so much more difficult when people are living in the space, but Oca made it happen with the least amount of disruption. They took great care reinstalling the baseboards and I think they went above and beyond to ensure that the floor looked like glass when they were done. We had a few fix requests and they were promptly handled without any negativity. Oca Construction was efficient and every one of the crew was respectful of us and our property.
