We figured if the product and service came even close to living up to all the accolades we had read, then we'd likely be satisfied. Well, Home Safety Solutions actually exceeded our expectations in every way, and we absolutely recommend the company to anyone looking for a first-rate product designed and installed by first-rate people. Communication was exceptional from start to finish. Every contact was friendly and professional. The sales and office staff, the owners, the installers were all unfailingly respectful and more than willing to answer questions and show off their work. Appointments were made and kept, every time.
