This is the most professional company. I would highly recommend they to anyone. I will use them again for my next project. The installers were great and answered all my questions and were here when they were scheduled to be. The office staff is just as great, very friendly and accommodating. They will be the only company I use again.

Keep it Local is easier said than done. This locally owned company provided me with an experience that was nothing less than perfect. I planned my project with Greg was provided with all of the guidelines needed for my expectations. I am over the top pleased. Jeff's install was awesome, Mike's final touches wonderful and Misty in the office kept me informed through the whole process. PGT windows are custom made to order. These things take time and were worth every moment! I am super thrilled and would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting windows completed in a friendly and professional manner. Do NOT use Lipton windows! It took 7 months and 4 return visits just to replace 3 windows in my home. Here's how it went... I met with the salesman in Nov '18, then decided to purchase 3 windows, luckily, rather than do the whole house, in Dec '18. PGT manufactured the windows and that took about 6-8 weeks. The first visit, Lipton sent a subcontracted crew, not a single one was a Lipton employee, to install the windows. They did a pretty shoddy job, but good enough I suppose, for the cheapest bid. When they were finished, I noticed a crack in one of the windows. (I suggest inspecting your windows very carefully, because workers will not!) Of course, they blamed PGT, the manufacturer, and sent pictures to Lipton. A new window was ordered, and 5 weeks later, trip number 2. This time, an actual Lipton employee came out and installed window number 2. Upon my inspection, I found a 5 inch scratch on the window. They again blamed PGT. A new window was ordered, and 5 weeks later, trip number 3. Again a Lipton employee was sent out, and attempted to install window number 3, but it was the wrong size! A new window was ordered, and 5 weeks later, trip number 4. This time, at my request and after discussions with the owner of Lipton, a PGT employee came to install the 4th window. Let me make note of the discernible differences in professionalism between the Lipton employees/contractors and the PGT employee; a world apart. This time, the window wasn't damaged, and the installation went perfectly. The PGT employee took extra time to clean the excess caulk and put finishing touches on the aesthetics of the job, both of which I was told previously by the Lipton employees couldn't be done except on a return visit. Not only did they lie about that, but on one occasion a Lipton employee tried to show me how to clean the excess caulk so I could do it myself! Awful. Every time I told the company about the terrible experiences with their employees, their response was that they no longer work for them. Throughout this extended process, all communication with Lipton was initiated by me, including all follow up calls and scheduling. My fault for taking the cheapest bid. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks to avoid a prolonged and annoying experience of getting windows replaced. The only reason I didn't rate an F was because in the end, I do have 3 windows hanging. The icing on top was when the salesman called me afterwards to try and sell me more windows! He had no idea what I had gone through, and when I explained, he offered me 50 bucks off a window. No thanks! I do NOT recommend using Lipton windows for anything.

They were fantastic to work with. They were on time and provided quality windows.

They were very accommodating, the prices were reasonable and the installation was a breeze. PASCO county said they were good windows.

The estimate went quick and easy. The gentleman stayed in touch with me up to the install and the price was great. It took about 8 weeks from estimate to install date. There was some miscommunication between the surveyor and the install crew. The crew was unaware that one of the windows being replaced was upstairs. They told us the day of that they would not be able to install that one because they needed to go through our pool screen. So the install of the upstairs was delayed to the following week. When I called to complain, the manager was very apologetic and they offered to have the screen replaced for free. The install crew was able to find a way to not break the screen and the end result was fantastic. Windows looked great and the crew cleaned up very nicely. Almost like they were never there. Total of 4 windows took about 8 total hours to complete.

They are quality windows. The installers were quick and clean. Follow up check went well. Will definitely use them to finish up our windows.

Very happy with the work. The installers were really nice and very professional. Installation did not take nearly as long as I thought it would and they cleaned up after they were finished.

Kevin came out initially and gave us a very nice quote.  He walked the entire house inside and out to make sure he was gathering correct information.  He then went over all the details with us including information on the company and how he fit in as well as background on the history of the company to help us understand that they have been in business a long time and take care of their clients.  After we agreed to move forward he said the owner of the company, Tim, would be out at a later date to take exact measurements for the openings and door.
Tim came to the house on time and he also walked the house inside and out to gather exact measurements for the construction of our windows and french doors.  We ultimately decided on single hung though they offer double hung as well.  He gave us a time frame that was acceptable for the completion of our windows and when they should be shipped to their warehouse.  Once there he called us and let us know when they could come and install them.
Jeff and Mat were here all three days and Anthony was here the first day.  These guys are extremely efficient and really took care of our property during the whole install.  They used drop cloths to cover the new carpet and furniture.  They even removed most of the blinds I did not have time to get to in order to caulk around the edges of the newly installed windows.  They were very professional the entire time they were here but also made my family feel at ease with them being here.  Jeff is an excellent caulker and came back through after the windows were installed to make sure there were no gaps or voids that were missed.
On the third and last day they were here Tim, came back out to inspect there work and go over the warranty with us.  We noticed that one of the windows was rated differently than the others and he said the wrong sticker was put on it.  Instead of leaving it at that he went ahead and ordered a brand new replacement to make sure it had the right glass in it.  Also he mentioned that he made a mistake and ordered one of the windows without the grill inside.  He went ahead and called the factory and had them build a new window with the grill inside and it will be delivered to them soon.  He has been great about keeping in touch with us and even answered questions on a Saturday to put our minds at ease.
This is a top notch company and we give them very high reviews.  We will probably not need them again for this house but when we move again, if we need to replace the windows we will definately call the window source.

We came across this company at a home/garden show. We were impressed with their product and decided to schedule an appointment with them, to obtain an estimate to have 9 windows installed. I contacted the rep. scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, no one showed or called. I called the person, and was given another phone number to contact someone. Then I was told my appointment did not appear to be scheduled, when I responded that I have it in writing in an email that it was scheduled. I was given an excuse that another rep used the owner's email and then later quit in the week.
Needless to say, we opt not to re-schedule with them do to the way they handled the situation. They seemed to lack professionalism and courtesy to their potential customers.

We had a wood door that was badly weathered and rotting that was in dire need of replacing. They came to our house with brochures and gave us an estimate. We had checked with several other local companies, The Window Source had better prices on the same or better quality products. The entire frame was cut out and a new fiberglass door with new hardware and frame were installed beautifully. Now I want a new house to match the door. The entire experience was easy and convenient. They were able to work around our schedule. They were professional and prompt. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They worked well as a team and the job was done quickly. When they were done they hauled away the old stuff and left us with nothing to do except close the door behind them. I would highly recommend and use again if needed.

I am a very, very satisfied customer of The Window Source of Tampa.  From start to finish the process was easy and efficient.  1)  They answered my phone call immediately.  2)  The estimator showed up when scheduled.  3)  The estimate was very reasonable for the work and materials provided.  4) The installation was performed on schedule.  5)  The door is of high quality.  6)  The price did not change from the original estimate.  And on top of all that ... they even did a few more things free of charge while they were here.  Specifically, adjusted the threshold on my front door, changed the handle on an existing slider, and fixed a screen on another slider which was loose.  I wish every experience with home service providers went this smoothly.  I give The Window Source of Tampa my highest recommendation.
