J & S PRESSURE WASHING & WINDOW CLEANING

It has been a few years since I have used J & S, but I just came across them on Angie's List while searching for another service type provider, and had to leave a review, because John provided exceptional service. He did all the work himself. My husband and I were both very pleased with his professionalism and work ethic, and the great job he did. John was very courteous and treated our property with care and respect. We highly recommend John of J & S for window cleaning and pressure washing, and will be using his services again.

We think this was the best service we have ever had, having done this every year for 15 years. They moved furniture and plants, cleaned everything beautifully. Even sprayed our awnings, removing the pollen that had discolored them. My husband, who is very picky about all contractors' work, was extremely impressed. We will definitely use them again!

WOW! I wish more companies were run like this! J & S Pressure washing came out to give us an estimate a few months ago, and then we just got busy and did not  do it. Fast forward a few months, I called back expecting to have to get a new estimate and John was kind enough to honor the old estimate and book me quickly into his schedule. We had him do in/out window cleaning, pressure wash paver deck/driveway, concrete driveway, travertine porches, roof eaves, doorways, window casements and basically almost all the trim on the outside of the house. Our house is pale yellow with a white trim, so this is not an easy feat as any dust/dirt shows up easily. John was here with his crew on time, took their time on the job and was super polite and courteous. At the end of the job, our house looked brand new and was literally sparkling, The paver driveway which was looking pretty sad and I was considering replacing...... looked brand new- WOW. If you need pressure washing of any kind and want a clean, courteous and responsible company - stop looking and hire them. You will not be disappointed.

I always have John out in the Fall of the year to pressure wash the house, pool deck and cage, drive way and side walks and this year I also had him do my exterior windows. All i can say is that there is a reason that I cann him back every year; honest, fair-priced and exceed your expectations work.

It went well

This is the second time I have used J and S Pressure Washing, and each time, the results have exceeded my expectations. John uses a soft wash method to clean the siding and takes the utmost care to prevent any damage. He gets out stains that no one else can. He's always on time, courteous, efficient, cheerful, enthusiastic and truly a pleasure to deal with. The exceptional service he provides is rare these days. John and his team were totally professional. I couldn't have asked for more. I have a lot of other work being done and he made sure to fit me ins when it worked best for me.
I called, he came out and did an estimate. and I had the work done the next day. I initially was only going to have the top part of my driveway done but when i saw the results and how great it looked I had him do the entire driveway. There is no way a home owner can get the same results doing it on their own as these guys can provide. They have state of the art equipment that makes the job go quickly and professionally. I think their pricing is a bargain for what you get.
They were careful about plants and other areas as well. He had me come out and inspect everything before they left to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
I would recommend them 100%. This is the type of person and company you want working on your home.

John did a great job! He really paid attention to detail and when he was done everything looked new again. We have a wrap-around porch that is quite long, and he cleaned the railing and it looked like new. He cleaned the pavement, porch, driveway and even our shed. I would highly recommend John and I'm going to use his service again.

They were very professional and extremely hard working.
The job took two days and they were there both days right on time and worked all day.
Very labor intensive work,but they never stopped.

Working with John was a great experience. He came to my home and provided an estimate, along with an overview of how he completes his work. We agreed on the services and price, and scheduled the work to be done.
He called the evening before to confirm, and arrived when expected. He once again explained how he would work, and spent the next four hours doing so. I appreciated the fact that he noticed, and alerted me to the fact, that some facia needs to be replaced.
Upon completion of the job, he walked me around the house so that I could inspect his work, and it exceeded my expectations. In addition to doing a great job with the roof, house exterior and windows, John swept and bagged all debrit and left everything spotless. I will definitely use Jand S Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning again in the future, and will certainly recommend him to others.

Have been using John for many years, should have filed a report way before now. Have lived in Florida for almost 20 years and can count on one hand the number of service providers I would recommend to others and John is at the top of the list...! On time, courteous, professional, reasonably priced and does a great job. He even sends handwritten Thank You notes ! Just realized John does gutters and will be using him for that as well.
