Graham Aluminum & Home Improvement

I have contracted Graham Aluminum on multiple occasions to do work on my homes. They have always been prompt and professional. Jack and his team go out of their way to insure that every job is completed to the customer's satisfaction. I will always recommend their services.

Kevin was the best. He kept me up to date on the projects. The worker were great and very pleasant. They replaced my steps with a nice porch and replaced my lanai windows and screens in a couple of days. I highly recommend them .

We contracted with them back in Feb. 2020 to replace our windows. Due to the pandemic, the job took more time to complete which is understandable however when in 2 occasions the front windows could not be installed (measured wrong) and one of the "new" windows cracked. In addition, we found out during the hurricane that the replacement window was not sealed properly so we are waiting on yet another window to be replaced. Waiting for 3 years for this job to be completed which is totally unacceptable!

Graham Aluminum and the concrete crew did an excellent job. The concrete crew were very friendly, professional and did a very good job. The crew that built the room were great, they completed the work in one day and were also very friendly

We could not be more pleased with our Sunroom and the professional service we received from Graham. Jack and Russ helped us go from a rough drawing of what we imagined we were looking for, to a beautiful room with side to side windows wrapping from end to end. They are custom made to fit our sunroom, which I feel is a key feature rather than the room being built around cookie-cutter dimensions of mass produced materials. The quality of the work and materials is excellent. The professionalism from everyone on the crew was exactly what we would expect. Communication was always prompt and courteous. The crew were always on time, polite, and cleaned up any mess. I would highly recommend Graham Aluminum

This was a wonderful experience!! I highly recommend working with Graham aluminum because they are courteous friendly professionals. we sprung a leak in our home and they acted fast for us. Because of that, there was minimal damage to the interior of our home. We had heard from several of our friends that had worked with Graham to get their metal roofs done. The supervisor explained the product he'd be using & how it would be installed. Their price acutally beat two other quotes we had gotten. I love that they were very personable and eager answer any questions we had. I appreciate them getting the job done not just when they said they would but even sooner. Bless U... Such a relief to finally work with an honest contractor!!!

When the actual rescreening took place, the technicians were professional, polite, efficient and competent. Office staff was very helpful as well. Their warranty is the best.

The windows leaked, and when they put the siding in they put it in backwards.They also broke a light and used our shingles and never replaced them. We had ordered custom blinds and some were ruined by the leak. When we called them they tried to say it was something else.

During our negotiation about design and price, I questioned a BBB dispute I found on the website about Graham Aluminum.  He presented me with a list of his current customers and let me call anyone that I wished.   I did and got someone who was having some work completed, but did not have a negative review.   Coincidently, we received such a call while our work was being completed, but not finished.  We didn't have anything negative to report either at that time.
I asked them to store the extra aluminum scrapes under the back porch and they did, but one of the workers one day took all of it.
Materials and work was on time.   The French door had to be reworked because it was originally installed improperly.  There were small dents in the ceiling (insulated aluminum).   I purchased on my own addition insulation for the walls and they installed it as they completed the walls.   We also supplied roof shingles to blend our current shingles to the sunroom's roof edge.  The actual sunroom roof did not require shingles.  We were told that they would be replaced, but they never were replaced despite calls being made on several occasions.  Our fault I guess for not holding back the final payment until they were replaced.
At the time of the construction completion the weather had been dry.   Once it rained, the sunroom developed  severe leaks. Roof leaked in several places as well as the door from the sunroom to outside.   Graham sent men to address it.  Next rain,  the roof still leaked.  Graham sent men to address it and we thought this time it was fixed.   Still leaks resulting in damage to two of our window shades.   We also had a leak problem with three of the six windows that were installed.  They came to take out the windows and redo the installation.  While they were fixing them they broke a globe to our outside light.  They said they would be back with a new one, never did even though we called to remind them.  We finally replaced the light with a new one.
While things were still without complaints about their work, we had them give us an estimate for enclosing a car port at another location.  A design and price was agreed upon and a handshake to close the deal.  He said paperwork would follow, never heard from them again about that project.

I was not pleased with Graham Aluminum & Home Improvements. We ordered the sunroom that came with all the accesories. When they started building the room it was not right. The people that was sent to build the sunroom didnt know that they were supposed to be building a sunroom. It took four months to finish the project and they damaged my yard. The quality of the job is okay now but that is not the way that I like to do business with people.
