My review begins in 2013. Had a install of Hybrid imagine speakers in a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the sound was perfect. Very happy with Audio Itch. Fast forward to 2017. New Grand Cherokee and time for a new sound upgrade. No more Hybrid Imagines so JL audio c3s in the front and c2s in the rear. Blew the two rears pretty quick so back to Audio Itch. Still unhappy with the sound quality so Swapped the rear c2s for c3s and had a JL Fix 82 installed along with a JL Stealthbox and amp for it. Sounded horrible if driving. If sitting still it might sound good but when driving the hi fi sound would go from sounding OK to sounding like someone threw a blanket over the speakers. I would have rather had a Bluetooth speaker in my Jeep then this system. This was when listening to hi fi music from a thumb drive or while playing TIDAL. After many trips back and forth to Audio Itch I finally left the Jeep with for 3 days while on a trip to New Orleans hoping they would drive the vehicle around abit to duplicate the same sound I was hearing. When I returned I was excited to hear they found the problem. I was told I play the music to loud and I had the radio on surround sound! Really??? The sound had the same problem if the music was played low or loud. Surround sound or no surround sound. Plus they never drove the vehicle while they had it for 3 days. So after spending over 7 months to get my over 2000.00 investment to perform to its capabilities, I decided to cut ties with Audio Itch and try another shop. As soon as I explained my dilemma to the new shop they immediately knew the JL FiX 82 does not work in a Jeep Grand Cherokee! They recommended removing the FiX and exchanging for a AmpPro 4, AP-CH41. At this point I was done spending money on this system but decided to pull the trigger. What a great decision that was! My Jeep audio has NEVER sounded better and stays the same ALL the time! It is a sound audio system I am proud to share with friends when before this addition I was embarrassed to let others listen to the system knowing what I spent at Audio Itch and how many trips back to Audio Itch I had made. (I really don’t have that much time to spend going back and forth to attempt to fix a problem that should have never been.) 7 months of going back and forth. So I call Dean at Audio Itch and explained what I had discovered and asked if I could return the JL FiX 82 since it does not work in Jeeps. His reply, “ Oh no, JL Audio wont refund me.” Well you sure are not refunding me for a inferior product that does not work in a Grand Cherokee. Sometimes you just have to cut your losses and move on. Not worth getting mad. Would I recommend Audio Itch? NO What I would recommend is to go to a car audio installer that is equally concerned about repeat customers for audio as they are for window tinting. 1

I initially set out to get an idea of what head unit and speaker upgrade I might want to purchase online since I had been out of the stereo scene for awhile.  I went by a big box-store up the road that was not set up for someone to really get a true "feel" for the various stereo and speaker performance of the available units so we took at chance and stopped by Audio Itch.
When we entered the store we had no real intention or idea to purchase at this time but the staff were quick to greet us and we were shown a "listening room" area that was set up well to display and test the variety of head units and decent selection of speakers they had.  Dean and one other staff member worked with us to help us narrow down what head-units offered the features we were interested in and helped us narrow the choices to two possibilities...they did not push us one way or the other but instead offered the pro's and con's of each.  Dean also worked with us in the same manner on the various speaker options and let us decide which sounded best to us and at the end of this process we were provided an estimate that, with a quick check online, showed they were on-par with pricing for a popular online car audio retailer.
We were a walk-in customer and I had a tight schedule so wasn't sure they would be able to fit me in but I asked and they were able to do the installation.  I dropped off the truck close to when they closed on Friday afternoon and called for a status update early Saturday afternoon, only to be told the vehicle was ready.  We went up to the store to inspect the installation and see how things turned out...and were not disappointed!  While the invoice was being prepared for payment, one of the staff members sat in my vehicle with me to (a) verify functionality of everything that was installed and (b) showing me how to access, find and adjust the various settings within the menus on the head unit.  While paying the invoice, we were told and shown what was causing the poor sound from the factory speakers, we were given all the old components that were removed and the warranty they offer on their services was explained.  There was not a scratch on the dash panels, the wiring was all professionally done, and wow, did the stereo sound and look great.
I was very impressed with the overall experience, professionalism of the staff that I interacted with, and helping us find the products that met our needs without feeling like we were being "up sold" anything.  I've had wireless backup cameras in the past that were not reliable but the camera that we had installed to assist with hitching the boat trailer (and getting a better viewpoint of what obstacles might lurk in blind spots while in reverse) turns on every time the truck is in reverse and has provided a pretty decent picture (a lot of rain and still getting used to the camera being there).
All said, we were impressed with everything about the shop, staff, and the job that was done with competitive pricing so we will use Audio Itch for future needs and will tell friends and family about this business.  I'm not one to take the time to write reviews but in this case, I felt compelled to provide feedback about our overall experience in hopes it helps others.  Nothing about the experience was negative for us.

Friendly staff. Paper left on passenger front side window. "Large bubble" formed on rear window drivers side. Called to schedule appointment to bring car in for tinting correction. Rep handling correction, his manner communicated displeasure with my return. Problem corrected. Had initially asked that "all" windows be tinted the same shade, but front windows are tinted lighter. As of 2014, "new bubbles" have formed on windows. Had used this company in 2004, excellent work. With many other companies offering car window tinting, not sure whether I would use Audio Itch again.

They sold me on a special they were having; sub and amp that was about what i was looking for.  I was pleased with the outcome; they had mounted the amp in the trunk, to the roof of the space behind the rear seats.  It sounded good and I was happy with the outcome.
A few months later I decided to upgrade my stereo.  I went to a different stereo/tint install place closer to my home.  They checked out the amp and sub install and pointed out some flaws.  The amp was mounted to the steel frame, metal on metal, which I was told was not a good method as the amp could not dissipate heat very well and would likely die an early death.  A better way would be to mount to the back of one of rear seats (which they did for me).  Secondly, Audio Itch seemed to take short cuts on the quality, such as using dry wall screws to mount the amp and secure the sub with a bracket.  Just poor quality, according to the second installer.  I didn't know any better but it appeared to add up once I looked at the work Audio Itch did for me.

The customer service is so-so. When I walked in, a person was waiting to greet me on the initial visit. When I returned there were employees eating fast food on the cashier counter and the customer service was poor. Once I went in my car, I noticed my handles were stained, and there were dripping marks on the tint. Since I can´t roll the windows down or clean them for at least 3 days I will wait on cleaning the windows. Also, when I got out of my car and had to go to my trunk I notice a large stained area from when they were tinting. I feel they should clean the mess they make on the car considering the car went in clean and not leave stain marks (it was a dark vehicle). I´ve had other vehicles tinted and went to Audio Itch on the recommendation of the salesman that sold me the luxury car, however, I don´t think I´ll do business with them again unless it has something to do with my warranties. I don´t think I would go to them for Audio equipment either. I will most likely take my business to Divine Sounds a little north up the road since they seemed more professional.
Response from AUDIO ITCH
"Member, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We always strive for the best customer service possible, therefore I am very sorry that your found it to be a regrettable part of your experience. As for eating at the cashier counter, we are a busy retail location, and sometimes it becomes unavoidable for the salesman to leave for lunch so they eat on the fly, it's a necessary evil of the retail business, most customers don't find it unpleasant, I'm sorry you found that to be offensive. As for the stains on the vehicle, the tint is applied with baby soap and water, the stains are most likely soap streaks that are difficult to wipe down. We cannot wipe down the windows because the tint needs to set for 3 days for drying purposes, the tinters try to get the soap residue off the vehicles, unfortunately if you wipe a car with dirt on it, you can scratch the paint from rubbing the dirt into the paint, so we just leave it. Again, most customers find this to be an acceptable practice, I'm sure you wouldn't want to come back to your luxury vehicle to find swirl marks in the paint, we'd much rather have the soap residue which will wash off easily. We offer a full lifetime warranty through the manufacturer, should you have an issue with the tint we would love the opportunity to correct it. I hope that I have addressed all your concerns and you will consider giving The Audio Itch another try, I promise to give you the very best customer service possible with our eye on attention to detail so you leave feeling good about using our services."

Called for appointment on the 5th and got the desired time next day appointment.  Told me the exact cost and time to install when I made the appointment. I showed up 20 minutes before advertised opening time but they took me in anyway. They completed the work in less than one hour and it was perfectly done. All wires neatly hidden behind the dash.

The job went really well, I am very happy with the performance of my new speakers. I am particularly impressed with Audio Itch because they followed through with getting a replacement for a small plastic piece on the window roller handle that happened to break when they were replacing the door panel. It is true that the car is almost ten years old now, and all the plastic pieces in the car are failing. We noticed before we left the lot that this piece was broken during the installation, and the service man owned up to it and said he would order a replacement piece, so I left my address. Nearly three weeks went by and I thought, oh well, at least the speakers are good, then today I got a nice surprise in my mailbox. Thank you for your honesty and integrity, Audio Itch! You have demonstrated that customer satisfaction is very important to you.

They gave me a quote. I paid for the radio, and it was ordered and received, when they said it would be. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, at my request. They have beautiful Shetland sheepdogs to keep you company. Toyota/Lexus cars are not easy to fit with Satellite radio, or so it seems. They did a quick, efficient job. I am very happy. I thought this was going to be a hassle, and it turned out to be a pleasure.

They have show dogs that they take out and let you pet while you're waiting. They are extremely nice. The radio is still working excellent. Their prices are reasonable.
