"Josh completed a major makeover on our condominium and I could not be happier :-) My project list was long: - Remove all “popcorn” then repair and smooth finish and re-paint all ceilings, to include the high cathedral ceiling in the living room and kitchen. - Remove living room floor to ceiling mirror, replace all drywall - Remove oversized bathroom mirror and replace all drywall - Repair numerous damaged places in walls throughout condominium - Remove and replace broken bathroom fan -Remove all towel bars and toilet paper holders in the bathroom and repair walls - Center wall mounted light fixtures - Relocate several electric outlet boxes - Remive all outdated fluorescent and globed ceiling lighting and replace with modern recessed LED lighting -Paint entire condominium to include all the walls, ceilings, doors, crown molding, and baseboards - Sand and repaint bunkbeds to include ladder and safety railings Josh has an amazing eye for detail and is able to see through the work that needs to be done to the finished project. This was the first time I have ever wanted to do a project this major and was a bit overwhelmed. Josh was incredibly helpful in guiding me through and making suggestions when needed. His prices are very reasonable, his work is impeccable, and he left our place much cleaner than before he started the project. He finished ahead of projected timeline and my price paid was exactly the price he quoted. I am so happy with his professionalism and the quality of his work that I am contracting him to do another major project In our primary residence. "Kurt Freeman with FreemanMade is a former home builder and Construction Superintendent with a large company in Florida. He’s moved back to Alabama for his wife’s work and has decided to be his own boss again and is now taking jobs exclusively from Home Advisor. I hired him to replace balusters on our 3 staircases but instead, he created works of art at a great price. He also built some awesome columns to make a statement when reaching the top of one of the staircases. He can literally do anything. The most responsive and responsible contractor I have ever used. He does all the work himself and brings his own shop vac, broom, and mop and constantly cleans up as he goes. I could not recommend him more highly! "Richard and his team were incredible! I requested a quote for a deck and to remove a broken up patio, and Richard came out within a couple of hours to give us a quote, which was fair priced. He gave me a suggestion of what we could do to cover up the broken up patio, and also told me he could do concrete work to repair an uneven sidewalk block near our driveway. There were some things that did not go Richard and his team's way during the process that were entirely out of their control, but their team stopped at nothing to make sure that the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. I would trust them with any future home improvement project because of their commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied."

"It went very well. Samuel responded promptly to call as he appeared ready to take the job on asap. This was after he found loose screws that apparently were not long enough to remain attached to the wood below the metal roof. Screws in many instances would just spin in the hole and would not attach and secure. This was a previous job by Malone Roofing who was paid to remove every screw and replace with new screws with grommet seal and silicone caulk where needed. Video evidence showed this findings. He finished the job completely by 3 days, which means a lot when rains are taking place. GAF coating x 2 coats was done completely sealing the roof. 5 year warranty for the roof and 10 years warranty on the GAF coating, which was used on the Super Dome in New Orleans. Other roofers just wanted to replace the roof, not repair the roof which is metal and is still in good shape."

"Steve & Stacie were phenomenal to work with. They beat all expectations I had for the job at hand. They worked as a team and knocked out 2 bathroom projects in just 3 days. They left no mess and they kept the dust and mud out of the rest of the house, which is a real plus in my book. I have 2 small children who always wanted to talk and play with the new faces in the house and they never once got aggravated with them. They played as they worked. I had a brand new tile shower installed by another company and steve and Stacie made sure to tape and cover everything up so that it didn’t get affected by mud or texture. They really take pride in what they do."
