He worked within my budget and when I would ask for more work, he was honest on how much and didn't just do it and charge more and when I asked him for his professional advice, his answer was not to tack on more money but what would make the project look great which is exactly what he did ( and believe me I would've kept adding to the project). Installed over rotten door frame, not installed for finishing interior sheetrock, leaks, glass door not on track and won't open all the way, screen door falls off, missing latch parts, track pieces falling off.....tons of pics to be posted later."
