"On November 21st I got to see some real professionals so let me say thank you to start. I thought I was a good roofer but seeing this team made me rethink efficiency and teamwork and I always appreciate reality checks. Those guys were here ready to work and I was greeted by Omar and a gentleman from Texas that I cannot remember his name. Both were very conversational and cordial like they were both guests at my house. The work started at 8:00 am with at least 8 young folk here stripping off the old roof and they worked right through their lunch. I pointed out to Omar that I wanted to trim one of trees with branches overhanging the roof and when I walked out to do it, that task was already completed. I did notice the degree of tarp use in keeping the site clean and the attention everyone took to make sure it stayed that way. They stripped the roof, replaced the plywood that needed replacing and installed the new shingles with just as much care, even with the guy that came out periodically to see the progress. I noted that they were very careful not to hit that guy when he came out! Then the clean-up started with as much vigor and frankly, I have never seen anything like it. Everyone participated, had the same attention level and treated the yard like it was theirs. They were done by 5:00 pm and I have only found one nail since then. Of course, I tipped them but did not think I tipped them enough! I would thoroughly recommend Guy Brothers Roofing for any job that they took on because of the level of service, the level of great work and the level of respect that the entire crew demonstrated on the 21st. "Don't recommend! Had a roof replaced and they didnt change the flashing around my fireplace, instead painted over the old flashing and claimed it was replaced. Well now that the spray paint has faded I can see it is the old flashing. I've had a leak and they have been out to fix it twice and suppose to come again. well I have water damage and wood rot and have been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to come out again. Also, have a bubble in my roof. So ive paid for materials that were not replaced, which is a breach of contract. I went with them because they were the cheapest, and I see why now. Stay away from this company."

"There were many leaking areas visible in the garage, and who knows how many we could not see. I was impressed with Mr. Taylor's thoroughness in explaining the categories of materials available. This helped us make an informed decision based on our needs and budget. Mr. Taylor gave me a timeline of stages for the installation. From the delivery of the dumpster to the cleanup, BOOM, BOOM, BOOM, everything went EXACTLY as he told me. This gave me the freedom to know when my presence would be required and when I could go about my daily life. During the roof installation, I had an air conditioning problem in an area which could not be readily accessed by the AC company. Mr. Taylor went out of the way to time the removal of plywood so that the AC company could have access and complete their work. The crew, lead by Angel and Jayra, was courteous, kept me informed, and cleaned thoroughly before they left."
