I had 5 tiles needing repair on my outdoor porch. I had already had 3 different companies come out and flake on the job. Charlie got in touch immediately and got someone to inspect and match the tile within 2 days. Repairs happened a week later. Charlie walked me through the pricing honestly and although it’s expensive, that is the cost of quality work done quickly with accountability. Much appreciated and will use them again for home repairs.
