"Phil was very professional and friendly. I had a very strong trust in leaving him alone in my condo, when I was out at times. He would keep me updated on the progress of the job at all times. He had no issues that he could not handle. He constantly cleaned up after every procedure. My wife and I began to think of him as a friend. He is a big very strong man.
