Sean and Wayne showed up ahead of time and stayed within budget. The job turned out as expected and it looked great.

Sean Gaynair and his helper did a great job, the old dirty grout came out beautiful. These guys are efficient, they quoted me by phone so they have minimal overhead, and Sean is very knowledgeable about types of flooring and how to restore them. Also, he was the best price of the 4 contractors I contacted.

Economical Cleaning & Restoration was the company that was sent by Dirty Floors. I dealt with Matt. Very friendly and professional. I had Spanish tile looking ceramic tile floors the entire downstairs of my townhouse. All the furniture was moved, including the refrigerator. Matt also replace the rug under my HEAVY dinning room table. The grout is is light coral again. Very pleased. Only took 2 hours.

The floors looked good when the left but they left scotch tape on a lot of the holes. I think they applied a liquid polish on the bathroom floor which has since washed off. I Paid extra to have dining room chairs steam cleansed, which do not look good. I would not recommend them or use them in the future.

My grout was dark brown and when they were finished the grout was light beige again!!! They did an awesome job and we will use them again and again!!!

The shower tile and grout restoration was awesome! The grout looks like new! From start to finish a professional job, the process was explained fully. I will be hiring again for the carpet cleaning.

These guys were fast and oh my god could not believe that they were able to clean those 35 years old tiles. I thought that I would have had to change the tiles but they did such an outstanding job that I could not believe my eyes. Now it Looks like I have new tiles. I am a very picky person and I must say that I'm very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them for a job well done. And besides that, the most important, the price was very fair. Thank you Sean.
